Got my tv's and jewelry stolen from my unit. When I alerted them to let them know they weren't helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend it. Every time I went in the girl at the front had her feet kicked up and was on the phone or was eating there with a group of friends. Unprofessional.

Went here on a whim after researching other places and they fell thru to meet my needs. Walked in and Jesus is one amazing guy. Hooked me right up with exactly what I needed in less than 30mins!

Pros: Availability, access hours, security, A+++ customer service

Cons: nothing of their fault but area has randoms hanging around

RATS RATS RATS! I've been trying to get ahold of the owner for weeks due to the copious amounts of rat poop and damage in my storage unit. The manger told me because I didn't have a protection package the furniture that has been chewed up, stained and soaked in rat feces is pretty much my problem. I did not have food in the unit; they do not maintain the grounds.

David is the best! Got me a great deal on a 8x10 unit. Great space and clean which really makes the difference. Great customer service . Really recommend this place !

Have been storing my home here since last April when I got the sudden news that my father's illness was terminal & that he needed my help on the other coast.
Everyone is so helpful at this location- especially the manager David ! He's always been polite, helpful and kind, even when I was not the most ideal customer.
Place is safe & affordable- so grateful to be storing here!

David was extremely helpful and kind. He walked me through the payments and showed me around the property. He mentioned the location has cameras and an alarm that goes off in your unit if your code isn't punched in at the gate when you enter. The location itself looked extremely clean, I did not see people loitering, and the outside of the property seemed welcoming.

Great place the service team here is helpful and friendly. Location is safe and very accessible. Highly recommend.

David has been very accommodating in getting me set up with my unit. Fair price, a good deal, and a convenient location. I would recommend for sure.

My family and I decided to use this storage to hold our personal belongings since we did not have enough room in our household. We had shoes, clothes, tablets, phones and my sons expensive car toys. We did not plan to use the storage for long but since we had heard good things about this one in particular we decided to rent a space. They also told us that we had to buy the lock from them and we could not purchase our own. About 15 DAYS later our things were unfortunately stolen out of our garage. We called the police and made a report and nothing was resolved and were never contacted. We called various times and they said the insurance has not done anything and they were still investigating our case. Months and months went by and we heard the exact same excuse every time we called and went there personally. They had also said they had a recording of the person who had stolen our things but had declined to show us the evidence. Eventually they stopped taking our calls and we have not spoken to them since it has BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW! We as a family trusted this business to guard and protect our personal belongings regardless of the price. They told us we need recipes and photos of what was inside the storage. I believe it was not logical for any person to take photos of a random pair of shoes or a box full of plastic
Car toys. I WILL NEVER hire them and WILL NEVER recommend to anybody because of the horrible experience. BEWARE.

Great place was looking somewhere to store some of my house stuff and found this storage place.
Was easy to find and the customer rep Crystal was extremely helpful as well getting me the best deal for my storage place. It's very lit and clean with alarms etc also.
Don't forget the free boxes!!
