      If I could give no stars to this establishment I would. Priscilla had no idea what she is doing and is rude. This place is unorganized and I would not recommend it to anyone. They will over charge you for no reason. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

      I've rented from the store 3-4 times in the past 9 months. During my most recent rental (5/16), the service provided by Sean was absolutely horrendous. He was indifferent and uninterested when checking me in that morning. OK, fine. It's 930 on a Sunday... I get it.

      I returned that afternoon, & he was worse. I had a minor billing discrepancy, one that could've easily been fixed if he would look at my reservation online. But Sean surprised me by outright refusing to help. when I pressed, he was dismissive.

      So instead I spent 45+ minutes (standing inside the store while Sean ignored me) on the phone waiting for customer service. Once someone picked up my call, the discrepancy was addressed in two minutes.

      Ridiculous.

      What is advertised as $19.99 for a local rental ends up costing $59 once they nickel and dime you. May be the same at ALL U-Haul locations, I wouldn't know. Paying $1 per mile AND for gas used (in driving under 10 miles) is a little much. The smug kid behind the counter that tells me all this didn't help things.

      Their business seems geared toward squeezing every dollar they can from infrequent customers.

      I'll look elsewhere for future rentals as this left a bad taste.

      Always clean and well organized inside and outside of the property, easy accessibility to all major highways. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Dave is amazing and has helped my son and I so much over the past year. Any customer that comes in is always greeted with professionalism and respect. I would highly recommend this location. I met so many customers that were very happy with U-Haul locations around the US, this one especially. Thanks again to Dave and his amazing staff. I thank and appreciate you all very much. And thank you for working during this difficult time.

      Conveniently located behind our office, love working with this office! Amy is the best!!! So friendly, and informative. Love the convenience and the speed with checkout.

      My only note to UHAUL corporate is not related to this location, its specific to the loud bold advertising on the vehicles that is a drawback for us versus going with a non-branded vehicle that would blend in with our other vans. But that's separate, the service and produce here is great!

      I have never written a yelp review in my life, but this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. David Silverman, whose name tag said "owner" on it is who I dealt with and he blamed things on his manager who was on vacation. Aside from flat out not believing that, I had scheduled a hitch install and had a confirmation for the date and time I arrived. I walked along the highway to wait at a Starbucks because I was told I was "next in line" and they called 2.5 hours later saying "We were just bringing your car in and realized we don't have the wires for it." So I walked right back and got a refund because I wouldn't want them working on my car at that point. They told me when I got back that my appointment was scheduled for over a month from now, which no one contacted me about and my confirmation email said the date and time of when I showed up. He seemed to have no explanation for this. Now I'm waiting on Uhaul to contact me to make this right since I have a move in the next two days.

      Do not waste your time, I wasted half of my day with nothing but frustration to show for it.

      Extremely rude service. I had an appt to have a hitch installed, arrived on time for the appointment, and was told that it was rescheduled to 3 hours later. I told the manager that I did not receive a notification of this; she insisted that the text message and email were "delivered" per her computer and had no empathy. You'd think in today's day and age that a customers digital confirmation would be necessary **if Uhaul changes the appointment time**, or I would have received a phone call from a REAL PERSON, but that was not the case. I scheduled the appt online and it appeared as if the website allows users to schedule hitch installs whenever Uhaul is open, even if the ONE employee who can do it isn't working. Very inefficient.

      So, I rescheduled, and came back a second time to have the hitch installed and had another terrible experience. I was sitting in the "waiting area" and listened for about 20+ minutes to an employee talking about a personal issue and using extremely explicit language in front of other customers. F word, B word, over and over. By the way, it was the same employee that I dealt with on my first visit.

      The gentleman who installed my hitch seemed very kind and was very professional.

      I'll be using another Uhaul store if I need any future services, as I was appalled by the customer service at this store.

      DO NOT use this company at all. i have a buick encore and they said "oh yeah you can hitch a trailer and pull it with no problem" we picked up the trailer yesterday filled it all day. that night we parked it at my uncle's house for overnight and we would leave this morning. well thank god for my uncle he read in my auto manual that 2016 buick encore can not tow anything. so, i called around to buick place here and they say that suv can not tow. i asked him then why does uhaul tell you you can with no problem. "he said that's how they make their money"exactly what my uncle said. so even though their website says put in your make and model do not go by what they say.
      please call your dealership or look in your auto manual. i am.just very lucky i wasn't on 95 and my suv broke down. the only thing uhaul did right was return my money. again please do not go by what uhaul tells you. apparently they do not know what they are talking about and all they want is your money. they don't care if you break down or you ruin your car/suv.

      I used this U-Haul station to rent my truck for moving out of my parents house and they did everything right. The truck was waiting by the side of teh facility when my dad and I drove up and the check-in process was super-easy because I had already filled out a lot of the information already. I signed the contract, told them how much I expected to drive, and they explained all of the intricacies about the fuel and mileage. Then they grabbed the blankets I rented off of a shelf, tossed them in the cargo hold, and I was off!

      They remained friendly and helpful the entire time I had the truck, even when I called in a panic because I had forgotten one of the blankets back at the house. They assured me that it was no problem for me to drop the blanket off at a convenient time in the next day or two.

      I do wish that every single thing (rope, blanket, bags, etc) wasn't an extra cost, but I suppose that's the moving truck game--advertise a super-low rate on the truck and then charge extra for every other piece you need.

      DO NOT use this U-Haul!! They overcharged me for both gas and mileage due to a glitch in their system. The service was incredibly rude (not only to me - I heard the owner on the phone with other customers and he was just as rude to them), and it took me 2 weeks of fighting with higher-ups to get HALF my money refunded.

      Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs.
