Quick breakdown before I get into full detail:
      1) Type of Service I received: 1 hour Facial
      2) Where I purchased this deal: GROUPON
      3) Cost:$25 versus Regular price of $60
      4) Would I come back: NO, not even if that shit is free
      5) When was my service: 12/7/18

Here is the reason why I will not go back:
Front desk is a hot mess and I mean stuff everywhere, unorganized and dirty. I can see dust and dirt everywhere. I felt disgusted. I looked past it because I figured the area where the service is provided would be better. I was wrong! Both my friend and I had our service at the same time. I thought we were going into individual rooms. Nope!! It was pink curtains separating us.

When I got to my area. I didn't know if I should take off my clothes or not since I didn't get any directions. I asked the lady and she said just the top part and use the "towel" wrap to cover myself up. I was on a massage bed with my jeans and sock. Kinda weird but I'm glad I had it on because it was freezing cold. It's like I got a facial in my garage.

I felt the facial was the same stuff over and over again. As if they just caked it on and then took it off. I've had many facials in my lifetime but I would have to say this ranks as one of the worst. I received a brief shoulder/arm massage which my kids could have done. No extraction. So if you have black heads you're not getting that $hit removed with this service.

Afterwards, I couldn't really see my face in the room because it's so dark. When we got to the car I was like WTF!! I was expecting a glow and my face moisturized. That was not the case. My face was so dry that I had to find moisturizer to apply to my face ASAP. The worst part we had sticky and crusty stuff in our ears and hair left over from the product they used.

Most facials I've had leave me not wanting to put any makeup on because my face feels so fresh, shiny and just healthy. This place does not give you that feeling.

IT'S GETTING HOT IN HERE!!! Is the sentence of the day when visiting PV during June. We came here twice in just 1 week and I probably would have came even more if they weren't so far away from our hotel.

Aside from that I was hooked on their peanut butter stuffed frozen banana. Yes it is as good as it looks. How the heck they get filling inside that banana? I need to find out so I can make it when I get back home. Haha.

They have several filled bananas option. The only vegan option (non dairy) is the peanut butter and cherry (basically a cherry jelly). They dip it in dark chocolate and roll it in chopped pecans. You can opt out on the pecans and also get milk chocolate if you're not vegan.

They offer several ice cream flavors but they only offer 2 non dairy options. Strawberry and Mango sorbet. Normally I'm not a fan of sorbet because it's too icy and with all the other nut based options out there, I feel ice cream shops should offer a creamy nut base. Nonetheless, the strawberry sorbet was creamy and a thumbs up. Highly recommend.

The service is muy excellente!! They offer air conditioning but outside seating only. Win win!!!

      QUICK GLANCE:
Cost: Pricey - Full meal burgers, fries and shake $22.00
      Parking: Parking Lot
Seating: Majority outdoor with a limited seating indoor. Seat yourself.
Ordering: At the counter - They accept credit card and cash
First Timer Recommendation: Classic with beyond patty and cheese, fried fries versus baked and coconut base shake

My first review for 2018 and since my Elite status was taken away from me, after 5 years of blood, sweat and tears (ok I'm exaggerating). I guess I don't feel the pressure of having to write a review all the time.
It's official, I have been to NLB way more than I would like to and my pocket book feels the pain. It would make sense, since they are attached to Whole paycheck. Our first time coming here was after we signed our paperwork for our new home. Yes, we officially live nearby this establishment. The service and food on this day was excellent. I think it has to do with it being new. I'm guessing they brought their "Elite squad" to serve the patrons.

Fast forward, I wouldn't say the service is horrible, it's no longer the above and beyond service I witnessed in the beginning. Then again, it's a place where you order your meal and pay at the counter, before actually sitting down. I pretty much order the same thing, since the hubby and I have tried practically everything on the menu.

My usual order: Classic burger with beyond meat, cheese, sweet potato fries and a milkshake. Do you know how much this meal will set you back????!!! $22.00. Yes you read correctly. I was like hot dang!! This $hit better be on point, since I have to pay this much. I later realized they charge an extra $2 for the beyond patty and extra $1 for the cheese. The fries $3.50 regardless if it's sweet potato, crinkle or tater tots. Granted it's about the same price as VG in Walnut Creek, but I prefer the bun at VG and if I stick to regular fries its only $12.95.

What I can commend them on is the variety of burger options from Quinoa, mushroom, black bean and etc. The fries can also be baked or fried. If you are not craving burgers, order the hot dogs or salad. My only recommendation for them is milkshake. They only have one size and it's way too large for a person to consume. They should offer a half size, especially since a milkshake cost $6.00 and you can chose between a soy or coconut base. Coconut base FTW!!

Overall, I'm glad they opened another vegan restaurant. After you've eaten a big meal, walk around the new Veranda shopping center. There is lots to see!!

With the hot weather, who doesn't like ice cream. Maybe those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Look no further because Mr. Dewie has hooked us up with cashew based ice "cream" and it's not only tasty but super creamy. I think that is the main reason why Mr. Dewie is my favorite place to go for a cold treat.

This kiosk is located in the newly renovated Public Market. I will have to admit it was a little difficult to find. To help you out. From the main entrance...keep walking until you get the "main" dining area (open seating), turn right and it's on your right side before you exit the building or use the bathroom across from it.

This location doesn't have as many flavors as the brick and mortar in Albany, but they do carry the popular flavors. I do like how they have a vegetarian or vegan cone option. What I don't like is that we had to pay an extra 50 cents just for a vegan cone. I guess with all the samples we tasted, it made up for it.

I ordered my favorite Mocha chip. It's like having frozen creamy coffee with chocolate chunks. YUM!! My hubby ordered the Carmel Almond. He really enjoyed it. I think the next flavor I'll try is the Matcha. This location does not offer the waffle cone or bon bons.

      My favorite flavor Mocha Chip!!

Beautiful grounds. Great tribute to Princess Diana. Must see!!! Best part it's FREE to walk the grounds. If you want to see the museum (Diana's story) it will cost the following:

      £17.00 - Adults
      £13.50 - Full time student (16 & over), over 60s and disabled.
Free - Children 5-15 years old

Enjoy the garden, fountain, and cafe/gift shop. Pick up souvenirs. If your interested in Afternoon Tea, you can visit the Orangery Restaurant towards the back of the garden. It will cost between £28.50 (afternoon tea) and £38.50 (royal afternoon tea). They offer vegetarian and gluten free upon request.

After you've visited the grounds, walk outside the complex and you'll see several Kensington Palace apartment.

Near the palace is a large park, where kids can play on a pirate ship or ride a merry go round (fee required).

Overall great place to walk around, enjoy the outdoors and the history of the grounds.
