Old skool person here that went in to inquire about a new iphone, was greeted nicely by Erik, the manager. Then Gabriel was the person who assisted me, both super cool guys. I didn't want to buy my phone in the store because I wanted a unlocked phone, but Gabriel was very patient with me as I was trying to understand the new phones functions, process and which one to get and how I could switch all my stuff from my old phone to new one (that was my worry).
I came here around three times before I took the plunge and got a phone. Gabriel assured me it was easy to transfer all my personal data and photo's to the new phone without losing any, even offering for me to personally see him to make sure the transfer went well. Sure enough it was. I just wanted to write a review on how great their customer service was not only from when I walked in from Erik but then from Gabriel understanding my concerns. Very friendly and professional from start to finish. And might I say both very handsome, am I allowed to say that this day an age? tough, I did! Thanks again guys! and to Erik, Raiderrrrrrrrrrrrrs! :)
My rating is based on my last three visits and who helped me. I got a new phone and Hamid helped me originally, he made sure any questions I had were answered and was very informational in getting me set up, understanding my phone and anything I needed. There was no pressure or irritating salesman shpeeel. My next person I want to gove kudos to is Amanda, I walk in, she greets me and I asked about something on my phone is is was super courteous and nice to go out of her way to do it, she actually said a co worker would know better but when she ask Antionette, she was unfriendly about doing it, and pretty snooty actually. I am glad Amanda took care of it anyways. She was very custome friendly. So if you go to this store these are two employes I found helpful. This place can get packed with the suburbian mama and papa crowd so have patience.
Get the hell outta here. Hire a receptionist that can answer the phones. Waiting more than 30 min or more is stupid and a disservice to patients. I suggest all contact corporate and complain on top of writing reviews on Yelp!

Big awesomeness to the gentleman who stayed open a few minutes for me when I called right at 7pm (not knowing what time they closed) for me to quickly purchase some stuff. I really appreciated it and he was exceptionally friendly and nice.
This place has always been a staple for me because its been here for years and it never fails that they are friendly and have great customer service.
Today's really showed me why I have always been so faithful to this small mom and pop produce.
Thank you again,
Cherry lady!

Glad we were able to help you out XX.
Thank you for your business and for taking the time to share the good word with others here on Yelp!
I am rating this on the fact that when I reached out I let them know I was in California and they said they do not handle cases in California. Richard took the time though after I let him know this, to listen to my situation and give me some very good feedback and resources. Most lawyers would not have done this.
Thank you Richard for your follow up and info you were able to give me.
Why would I get yelled at for no damn reason? The bald man in this place was extremely verbally abusive for no reason. There is a way to speak to people. If you ever have issues here contact the Greek Embassy in Washington DC, let them know what happened and who you talked to, they will make sure you get treated with dignity here.
This trip was much better than my first, however there was a hiccup! First make an appointment. Second when they say you have to have to passport pictures they should have clarified that I needed passport photos for a Greek Passport, I went to a regular place that do photos I got passport photos only to find out they were for American passports, how was I supposed to know Greece has certain requirements? So I did all my paperwork and was sent a mile up to a photo shop they recommended to take proper photos. Came back and gave them the photos and my Greek consulate experience was done! I want to give a shot out to Sophia at the consulate that was very helpful. The darn tree in front of the consulate blocks the Greek flag so if you aren't looking closely you will miss it a couple of times.... Trim the tree vre! They open on the dot at 10 am .. don't try to get in earlier they are prompt at 10 am.
Good luck! At any Greek embassy here is what they do in true Greek fashion, take their time, drink coffee, smoke a cigarette and are useless when you have questions about anything, you more than likely will have to come back 3 to 4 times at the shortest before you get whatever you need here done. I am annoyed that they work like this. Most of the people are not helpful but there is usually one that is if your lucky enough to get that person. Attitude is a must meaning THEY will give you attitude whether you speak Greek or not, they usually are more ruder to the American Greeks, guess what a$$hole, your in America so don't get such an attitude because that is the majority of your clientele. Good luck here unfortunately they know you have to deal with them when you have Greek Business so they don't care how long it takes for whatever you need and more than likely due to past experience they are the ones that F*ck up what your in their for, but they will make sure to make you feel like the idiot. The customer service SUCKS olives here!
