I'd rather pay more money and deal trustworthy people than do business with these people again. Steven is dishonest. corporate is incompetent and unprofessional. This company charged me over $200 for tire warranties and when I tried to use the warranty for a covered service, they charged me over $120.

The frustration and disappointment of working with these people is not worth whatever fabricated value they present you with. It's better to work with honest people and pay more then deal with scammers.

There are some planet fitness owners that try to give you a positive experience. You know what you're getting yourself into a a basic gym membership, just a no frills experience , machines and weights. Then there is this place. What out for it! I tried to take a shower here and I almost caught hyperthermia, they don't turn on the hot water. The people at the desk don't greet you. I witnessed a group of hyena bros just stalk a young girl as she was trying to use the stair master. This place is seedy, be careful using it at night if you're a woman. After working out here for a week I told myself I could do better, it would've been convenient too my office is on that street. Do better planet Fitness, your customers are counting on you.

Crowded at all times. I'm talking having to wait to use a machine at 5am in the morning. Just very crowded in general. The machines are old and break down from the over usage. The locker room is usual clean, but be sure to keep an eye on your shoes because housekeeping will throw them away if you leave them out when you shower ( I learned the hard way). My one suggestion would be to update the machines, do better than planet fitness. The customers deserve more, let them know how crowded the place is.

The plus side is they have towels and a sauna.

Quality. This gym taught what to expect from a premium experience. This place is the benchmark I use to measure any fitness center I use. Great options for classes, great instructors, trainers, and it's always clean. Top notch Athletic club.
