      In my opinion, I typically like the Fremont location better than the Dublin one simply because the Dublin one lacks customer service. My family always orders to go because of the restaurant sanitary. I gave 2 stars for good food only.

      Every time I would come and pick up, I would always come with another person simply because I can't find any parking. One time I had went in to get my to-go order and found out why it took so long to get it. They pull the people "ordering and staying in the restaurant" to the side and grab their order. Even if the next person behind me was staying in the restaurant, when they finished ordering at the side, they just slide in front of me and pay. Once I waited 20 mins just to pick up my order and it was ridiculous. If it wasn't for my family to like their milk tea, I wouldn't be coming here.

      This review is based on my ordering through Door Dash.

      I was craving some Korean and so were my siblings. so I decided to look on yelp/Doordash to see what Korean restaurants delivered because I am the only one who can drive and unfortunately I have a cast on the leg so cant drive.

      I had ordered 4 lunch specials and a boba drink and had put the order in for 1:00-1:30. The order promptly came at 1:00 pm and when I opened the door the delivery woman greeted me with a smile since I was on crutches. She even offered to help me take it into my kitchen but I had said its ok one of my siblings will get it. I gave her a tip and she left. A few secs later she came back and said "So sorry I forgot your straw." I was like no problem.

      The food was great for lunch portions. and filling too to the fact that we had leftovers for dinner. I would order from this place again. Maybe even go there to try it out and dine in. :)

      Sitting here with a cast on my leg as I am typing this review.

      I ordered for Delivery because for obvious reasons. The time said it would be delivered by 12:00pm. Well, it arrived at 12:30. I suspected it maybe traffic so i didn't think much. But when I opened the door, the delivery guy immediately complained "OMG this place is too far. Geez this place is far" I was like oh sorry. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was on crutches and continued complaining.

      I immedicately went on google maps to search. After looking on google maps, it had said it would take 10 minutes to get from the restaurant to my house without even having to go on the freeway. I was thinking in my head like Man my school is like an hr away and this delivery person is complaining that its too far? Must not like his job. I take back the sorry because his attitude was just plain rude.

      I had ordered 2 cheeseburgers well done, a side of presto breadsticks, and 3 canollis. i personally love it, so its why I ordered 3. 2 for me and 1 for the little brother. When I opened the order bag, I noticed there was only one and my brother had devoured it before I could even take a picture. I had thought in 1 order there was only one canolli so 3 orders would mean 3. really disappointed. and one piece costed like $4. seriously? what a rip-off.

      Overall I won't be ordering again. Not after my brother practically threw up his burger. and I noticed it was medium rare on the other half of it when I ordered well-done. -_- seesh

      I am giving 5 stars only because the technician that helped hook up to the wires and electrodes was really funny and kept me entertained while he was hooking them. I had a referral from my doctor to do a sleep test, when I heard I needed to do one I was not happy because I don't like to sleep with wires on me or anything basically. So I followed his orders and did one.

      When I woke up in the morning, I felt a big glob of paste from the wires in my hair, instead of sending me home to clear it, the technician was nice enough to help me rinse it out in the sink of the bathroom. (I guess he knows how girls like to be pretty in public lol) It didn't get all of it out but enough to make me look decent.

      Needless to say, I am really anxious to hear my results. I didn't sleep comfortably so when I went home at 6 am, I immediately went straight to my own bed and slept. I didn't realize I had slept for 10 hrs after til my stomach practically growled really loudly and I was hungry. (I guess no one in my family wanted to disturb me haha).

      The experience was fun. But i really hope I don't have to do one again. If in the case I do, I will definitely use this location simply because it is 15 minutes away from where I live and hopefully the same technician will be there with his bright smile ;) haha.

      I've always wanted to avoid the Jack In the Box in this location simply because of customer service. I went thru the drive-thru twice and twice I have found that they didn't put all of what I ordered in the bag.

      Tonight, my brother really wanted Jack In the Box. I caved and was too lazy to drive to the one near my old high school so I came here. When I went up to the drive-thru, the person taking my order without saying hello bluntly said "What do you want to order." I was tired and exhausted to even say anything to I just ordered what I wanted. He said "I'm sorry I cannot hear you. I had already was talking so loudly that my throat started to hurt. So i repeated and he told me to move forward to the window.

      When I paid, the guy gave me the look that he was grossed out by me because of my face. I had done a major surgery 3 weeks ago and am still in recovery. I said "Do you have a problem" he said "No and proceeded to give me my order.

      When I came home, i found that the mini churro's i ordered were half burnt. I was peeved and didn't want to go back. Instead I called the store and whoever picked up had said "blah blah blah" and then hung up after I explained what happened. No sorry or anything

      The only thing that this place is lacking of is workers. They are understaffed and have workers who give customers faces of disgust or rudeness. Never will i go here again
