Mar 13, 2016Went to get my license after moving out of state and having a horrific experience at the DPS in Hurst. They immediately helped me fix my problem and even let me take the driving test that very day. Lady that helped called all over to try to fix a problem and they were very dedicated to correcting the mistake that was made. Service was wonderful and made up for the terrible service at Hurst. If you're deciding between DPS to go to, go to this one

Went to go get first driver's license after moving from out of state. Lady at the front greeted us awfully, yelled at me, and refused to speak to my mother.
Manager came out and treated us like we were stupid. Was very rude and condescending, and made us feel like we were supposed to be greatful to him for taking time out of his day to talk to us.
Eventually, we gave up and went to the Fort Worth Megacenter where the service was lovely and I was able to get my license without a hassle.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
