No longer 24/7 365 as they have always been and as still says both here and their website. Hard to even figure out what their current hours are, though Google says 6am - 10pm. Truly a blow to the community. Late night trips to Harbor House were practically a right of passage growing up in Dana Point.

I cannot imagine why this restaurant doesn't have a flat out 5 star rating. I am well traveled and have eaten some truly phenomenal dishes, around the globe, and Francine's was quite honestly some of the best. The octopus starter was cooked to perfection. The bone marrow bucatini was out of this world. The mashed potato side was truly outstanding. The duck. The duck with charred endive and apricot was quite simply the best thing I have put in my mouth, ever. The olive oil cake was the only thing that was "merely" great rather than life changing. I cannot recommend Francine enough. The ambiance is lovely, the wait staff was nothing short of top notch. Our server, Ashley, was more than knowledgeable and helped us with recommendations and she certainly did not disappoint. If you are looking for an unforgettable night, look no further than Francine.

Don't sleep on Angie's! It's damn good lobster for an unbelievable price! The fries are awesome the Angie's sauce is fire the ordering process is super quick and easy. The line is usually a bit long but it's absolutely worth the wait!

Outstanding. My favorite place in all of AZ. Nothing is not worth trying but the meatballs and vodka sauce in particular are a can't miss.
