7 Miles replaced Yi Fang, which is a great loss for Sawtelle. I ordered the milk tea with boba, which was fine but the flavor just reminded me of Coco, so I didn't feel like it was original in taste. I'm glad they only have one size, and it's big! I think it's like 24oz. It's a very casual spot. You can sit on the bench by the window while you wait, but it's not like a hang out spot.

Jin Tea is such a gem of a boba shop. It's small, so there's not much seating available. Their menu is extensive and detailed, but has the basics. I got the wintermelon milk tea and a regular milk tea for my husband. They were such incredible qualify - the flavors are rich and robust. You can tell that the tea is brewed fresh.

I'm so happy we found this spot because it's been almost 2 months since we first went here and I'm still craving the wintermelon milk tea. I wish I didn't love so far from the shop, but I will definitely be coming here the next time I'm in the area!

Jin Tea is truly a special boba shop, and I hope they expand to more western parts of LA because we need more high quality tea shops like these.

Parking is tough, but you can look for a metered spot on the street. They accept credit card and Apple Pay.

Wow OOOT has become one of my new top boba shops. They freshly brew every single cup, which is why the prices are higher than other shops, but the quality is definitely there. They make their drinks as quickly as possible, but you can't rush perfection. Surprisingly, I didn't love the coconut boba. I much prefer the wintermelon silk "boba," which is more like a grass jelly than boba because of its texture. It also holds well in the fridge overnight, unlike regular boba! I always get the Everyday Oddinary with the wintermelon silk. My husband has sworn off other boba shops because he doesn't like the taste of most of them, BUT will gladly take an order of the Everyday Oddinary with oat milk and wintermelon silk.

The staff is super friendly. I always get good service here. I love that they have an easy online ordering system and their to go bags have cup holders to make transport so easy. I will say that the lids aren't great for drinking boba on the go, though, because we experienced a lot of spilling from the straw hole in the lid as we were walking from the shop to the car.

My only complaint? I wish they made a bigger size! Sixteen ounces isn't nearly enough for me!

I feel so lucky to live in the same city as OOOT because this is their only US location. I hope the success at this location encourages them to open more.

They accept Apple pay and credit card, and there's metered parking on Olympic or you can try to find a spot in the lot. They also have a sign that says they have free parking, but I haven't looked for where that is

I love this exotic pet shop. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly care for their pets. We came here after we "rescued" a tortoise from another pet shop. We were really new to the tortoise game, so we had no idea what signs of distress looked like. Our tortoise was young but already pyramiding. The tortoises at Exotic Life have smooth shells and are well taken care of. We will never go to that other pet shop again. Ryan is affable and very knowledgeable. Rusty is also super knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is just wonderful here. Our daughter loves saying hi to all of the different types of animals available. The prices are competitive, too!

Highly recommend this shop!! The parking lot is spacious and there's great food nearby.
