I was in the store the other day and as always it looked amazing and smelled amazing. I had gathered all of my goodies and was waiting in line. a worker approached her requested information from the woman at the register to help another customer, it was obvious the girl was a new employee. the woman at the register was very rude to her and by the look on the employee's face, she was shocked by the answer she received. the employee was told to find an associate that didn't have 10 people waiting on them ( there was not 10 people in line). In the time she told her this, she could have given the answer to the employee. and I really don't think anyone in line would have cared if she had given her simple directions, I mean the store is not that big. Now being someone who has and does work retail, if it is not protocol to "bother" the cashier, she should have given the employee a professional answer and directed the employee properly, then when she finally got caught up, she should have taken the employee aside and instructed her properly instead of belittling the employee in front of clients. this is very unprofessional and it makes me wonder how the employees are treated away from clients.... Not sure I will be shopping at this location again.

This is the worse office I have ever visited. they have monopolized cable here at the lake.... so you don't have any choices...
