How does this location even stay open?!?! They don't even have in stock most of the signature flavors Loard's is known for. The clueless kids working there are a joke, almost like they purposely hired them to give the worst customer service to scare off customers. I asked if they had a pre-packed flavor, they kid just glanced and then told me no without really looking. They have a flavor called almond joy that doesn't even have coconut in it?! When I asked to try it, I was told no due to covid. Yet when I asked the boy to try it, he did by turning his back and putting it in his mouth. So I asked how that is any different from me trying it, when I am farther and on the other side of the glass?! And they could've giving me the sample and asked me to step out to try it?! Why did they even open this crappy location at all?!?! The only reason I came here was because the main one around the corner from my house was closed. I will find ice cream elsewhere before I ever come back to this location. This location makes the whole company look very bad. Great job! Now I'm off to try your competitor.
