Pizza was great! Bartender (Jake) was super nice and had great drink recommendations.

Every time I'm in Helen, this place is totally packed. I've never been able to eat here but finally got here early enough on a Tuesday that it wasn't packed. And WOW. The carnivore pizza was DELICIOUS. The garlic bread appetizer was amazing, and a much larger serving than I expected. The shots were generous. Plus, our server, Icarus, was great! He was attentive and funny, which I appreciate. I wish we had been coming here for years - I'm so happy with this meal and I can't wait to visit again!

I recently visited Prati Italia for weekday dinner with a friend. We made a reservation and were a bit early, but they were still ready to take us. Our table was great! Our server was very attentive and really knowledgeable about the food. He made recommendations on different food items and drinks we might like. We had the burrata appetizer and it was phenomenal. I've had it at a few different places, but this was by far the best. The cheese was fresh and flavorful and came with just the right amount of crostini, and even had pesto tomatoes. For entrees, I had the ricotta ravioli and my friend had the sugo, both full-size. I'd read a lot of reviews around the ravioli, and I must say it absolutely lived up to the hype. It was light and fresh with a perfect hint of lemon. I snuck of bite of the sugo and loved it as well. We also split a delicious creme brûlée. Happily, the serving sizes of the full-size entrees left enough for each of us to have leftovers for lunch the next day.

Highlights include fresh made-in-house pasta, a kind and attentive server, cleanliness, some of the best Italian food I've ever had at a great price point, and great ambience.

      Low points: none.

This is the best new restaurant in Jacksonville.

SO good! The first time we went was on a Saturday night around 6:30, which was a big mistake. It had live music and was super crowded, so the wait was really long. Plus the patio wasn't pet friendly, and I had a small dog with me so I left. Tried again on a weekday around 1:00. Far fewer people. Our server was great! The food was delicious. I don't eat seafood but they have a LOT of chicken and beef dishes to choose from. Definitely get the hush puppies, y'all. As to the entrees, the serving sizes were HUGE! I can't wait to go here again!

Convenient, yes. Smaller than expected, yes. There are no signs on the main road to alert you to its location, so it's incredibly easy to miss. I visited on vacation, and the baskets were all pushed toward the back of the store on the left behind the picnic baskets, which was super inconvenient. What made it worse was the fact that multiple employees were on break, sitting at the picnic tables, smoking, so to get a basket you had to walk through multiple disgusting clouds of cigarette smoke. Not really what I want to see to inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the food you were planning to buy, and definitely not what I want to smell like the rest of the day. The store itself was clean, but I'm forever disgusted.
