      Korean + Japanese + modern twist = what's not to love?!

      Two of us ordered and shared the #1 PR Bulgogi and #2 RR Spicy Pork in the roll form (there is an option to order in a bowl as well).

      Delicious, well-seasoned, and packed rolls. They did an excellent job spreading out the ingredients so you don't get a mouthful of just beef or something. Ingredients were chopped to a good size so it's easier to eat the roll/"burrito."

      Perfect lunch spot.

      I think the owner was there helping when I went - really nice gentleman.

      While I have had good experiences at this location on some other occasions (when not even making a purchase),
      this review is specifically for the service experienced around ordering my Keepall 45 Bandoulière in the My World Tour collection (when I actually made a purchase).

      Worst experience I have ever had shopping at a luxury store - in hindsight, I wish I hadn't placed the order that day and ordered at either another store, or with another sales associate instead. Had the misfortune of being "helped" by Naica S.

      -The process of ordering something in the My World Tour collection could easily take a bit longer than the average transaction due to the sticker selection process. Throughout the process, Naica never once offered me or my husband anything to drink.
      -I placed my order and was told that I would be contacted when ready for pick up. I was never contacted. I wait the approximate 4-8 weeks that I was told as the standard processing time for this type of order. Again not contacted during this period.
      -I start reaching out myself. My call is always directed to a central call center (this was the phone # listed at the bottom of my order receipt). The central call center individuals were quite pleasant - tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with someone from the Valley Fair store on many occasions of several different days. Eventually they were able to get someone on the phone and discovered that my order had actually been ready for pick up almost a month earlier (arrived earlier than anticipated).
      -So I go in one weekend to pick up my order, obviously already in a pissed off mood. This time was helped by Chloe, a store manager (someone I had not previously encountered in this process).
      -Chloe, Store Manager confirmed that my SA should have called me when order was ready. The store's delivery paper work showed someone had initialed/dated to indicate "contacted customer." Initials were allegedly unidentifiable to an employee... I pull up my phone records and show no calls received on the date they had indicated I was contacted.
      -So I pick up my order and a bottle of champagne to go. Chloe overall was pleasant and does the best she can to help. Chloe says to reach out to her directly for future questions, orders, etc.
      -I did try to reach out to Chloe later on with a question. Never got a response. Couldn't get a hold of her. Maybe she wanted to avoid that pissed off customer who was being difficult that one morning...
      Oh well, the feeling is mutual. I'll make the trek to the Palo Alto store from now on, have always dealt with great SAs there.

      Anyways, just wouldn't recommend Naica. Order from anyone else.

      5 Stars for quality and service. This was easily my favorite manicure I have ever had. I have always admired this style manicure, and Angel definitely lived up to all my expectations and more. She responds via yelp messages and text very quickly. During the manicure, she really takes her time to make sure every nail is absolutely perfect, she is very gentle, and she gives you her 100% attention. She is upfront with the pricing of various designs (many samples displayed on her wall). She is so talented and she can literally make any design idea you have come to life! Also loves that she is so willing to help take photos of the manicure afterwards :). Never want to take off this manicure, but when the time comes, I'm already excited to come back for another one of her designs!

      I am currently 4 weeks into my manicure and still have all the gems and polish in place!

      Appointments needed for sure - very detailed designs probably take around 2 hours.

      She is located inside the hair salon of the Lawrence Health Spa.

      Amazing photos & Our favorite wedding vendor!

      We highly recommend Mike and Brynn! Fell in love with their work as soon as we saw their portfolio; love how absolutely gorgeous, organic, fun, and real the photos turned out. They were, without a doubt, our favorite wedding vendors by far. From the initial contact to scheduling engagement photos, wedding day details, and just any general inquiries (both before and after the wedding day), Brynn was always flexible with timing for phone calls and amazingly responsive via email. During the photo sessions, Mike was super energetic and you can tell he loves his job (which really shows in the photos that he delivers). He showed up early for both the engagement photos and wedding day and clearly "did his homework" by scouting out the area and was ready to hit the ground running. On the wedding day in particular, Mike was organized and very professional - on walkie talkie with the second shooter, even communicated with videographers, and helped us stay to the schedule perfectly!
