Very friendly staff, even opening the door for our entry. Fast service, excellent food. Clean and welcoming. Looks brand new.

We usually order Carside To Go because it is on our way home from work. Tonight's my husband's birthday and this is what he chose for his special dinner. Our meal was expected to be ready at 6:34 pm. It is raining and currently 7pm. Still waiting for our meal. Called and was told "she is busy." Seriously?
Finally got our meals after I called inside a second time. She said she was "taking care of people who came inside." I told her it was my hubby's BD and I told him that I didn't want him to have to go inside to pick up his ToGo meal. I asked her if we would have received our meal faster if we had come inside. She said no, she was busy. But honestly, she was not happy about having to come outside in the rain.

Long line of customers. Cashier is getting fries and complaining no one is making sandwiches. Griping employees.

Website didn't allow ordering 2 for $20 so phoned in order for pickup. Drove there in pouring rain and waited well beyond est. time. No one came out. Finally went inside to find order sitting, waiting. Guess Curb-Side-To-Go is only valid on sunny afternoons, not when raining. Shouldn't have given such as good tip. NOT HAPPY!
