I came here and ordered a drink and the girl gave me a wrong drink. They are bad with English. And then I came up to give them the unopened drink, she said we have to order another drink and pay for another one. Worst customer service.

We have been to many franchise of this location and always order the same drink. They claim to call it a different name here.

Go to a different location. There's several in this city.

Dr. A is an amazing dentist. I had a cavity on my front teeth last year and Dr. A was very gentle when numbing me. I was worried about how it would look but Dr. A made sure it was perfect and you can't even tell there's a filling there. Dr. A is a perfectionist and I appreciate his thoroughness. He'll be my forever dentist!

We ordered the "authentic family style" with Peking duck. Not good at all. Soup was decent that came with it but the rest of the menu along with the peking duck was below average.

The waitress and owner was nice though.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Here's my story:

My dad took my car to this place to get 4 new tires on May 2016. I believe the tires were only good for 6 months because every time I took it for an oil change, every person would tell me I needed new tires. Of course I said that's ridiculous because I recently bought 4 BRAND NEW TIRES. So I ignored them thinking maybe they just want to make money. A few months ago, I felt like I wasn't braking as well and had to really be careful and stop several cars away when in traffic, but I never thought it was because of the tires. Until today when I had to get air in them, and I asked the guy how my tires looked and he told me to get out of my car to take a good look at the treads. They were SOOOOO worn down on 2 of my tires and the other 2 was close to being gone as well. I got really upset after that because it has only been a year and 2 months!! I paid $400 for 4 BRAND NEW TIRES.

I've bought used tires before and they lasted me longer than a year. I then called this location and asked when exactly I bought the tires. The guy said May 2016 and that there's no warranty on it. I later asked how long the brand of tires I bought should usually last. He said they no longer sell that brand so he doesn't know and can't look it up. IF YOU ARE GOING TO STOP SELLING THE BRAND OF TIRES YOU SOLD TO ME AND CLAIMING THEY ARE GOOD, THEN YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD THEM TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. The place I got the air at also said they never heard of the brand. I paid good money for brand new tires but I got crap. And now I have to buy new tires tomorrow because I am scared for my life driving around with 4 bad crappy tires.

I've had my car for many years and this is the first time I EVER had to buy new tires after just one year of BUYING BRAND NEW TIRES. UNBELIEVABLE! Now I'm pissed because I have to spend $400 and up for new tires. THANKS, FIRESTONE.

Let me add that my dad speaks little to no English. I believe they sold him crappy tires because of his language barrier, which tells me FIRESTONE HAS NO ETHICS. DO NOT SHOP HERE. DON'T EVEN LOOK UP ANOTHER FIRESTONE LOCATION. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE. GO BUY USED TIRES INSTEAD. I came to pick up and paid for the tires. I can't believe they would sell us crappy tires that were only "good" for a few months and not SAFE ENOUGH TO DRIVE AFTER JUST ONE YEAR. I bet they wanted to get rid of these crappy tires and sold them to someone who couldn't speak English to get rid of crappy inventory.

I FEAR FOR MY LIFE WITH THESE TIRES. I will take this to corporate and YOU BETCHA I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS GO VIRAL TO EVERY PERSON I KNOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA. FIRESTONE'S NAME HAS BEEN ALL OVER THE NEWS, NO ONE DESERVES LOW QUALITY TIRES SUCH AS THESE.

I don't write bad reviews on Yelp. But I can't let anyone else waste $400 for LOW QUALITY TIRES.
