After surgery in 2001, I was advised that it would be in my best interest to learn pilates. After much research, it was my great fortune to join the Harmonious Pilates Studio. The studio's credo is the core of Joseph Pilates exercise system; a balance of the mind, body & spirit through exercise creates physical & mental wellness. Sixteen years later, I am still learning, strengthening & stretching. Joanna continues to guide me with new & challenging exercise regimens. She is a Master Pilates Teacher & is certified in the Pink Ribbon Program, a therapeutic exercise program for breast cancer survivors (of which I am one).

After several surgeries, I turned to Wojciech for my doctor prescribed PT. He successfully rehabilitated me with various challenging modalities & therapeutic exercises.
