Our best bar experience in the city in a long time. Mike the bartender was one of the funniest people ever and the drinks he makes were killer. Yes they have a menu of drinks but let Mike's creativity fly, it is worth it. He is humble but man can he mix a drink.
The ambiance is exactly not ambiance, it is just relaxed and fun, not pretentious, nothing stuffy, casual place to stop in, get a world class drink and have a few laughs. This is our new MUST go before any theater or symphony show we go to.

Been here twice in 3 days.

The first time we just came in for drinks and a quick snack. We got the cheese plate and it was the perfect middle of the day snack while walking around. The drinks we had were delicious and the service was impeccable.

The second time we came in for a quick lunch. I had the roast beef po-boy, which was amazing, with great gravy and delicious flavor. The wife had the grill cheese with tomato relish. The relish was one of the best things I have tasted in our week here and paired perfectly with everything else on the grill cheese. Once again the drinks were amazing.

We would come back here on every visit, especially because it is the best service we have had in New Orleans.

They were at the concord taco truck festival, and maybe they were just having an off day, but it should never take 40 minutes to get three tacos.

The steak taco was unseasoned and bland, the carnitas taco was ok but nothing special, the only above average flavor was the chicken taco.

But only one tortilla per taco?, most places I have even been give 2 per taco to help hold it all together where 2 of the three taco we had fell apart because of only being a single tortilla..

But I just can't get past the fact that you are a taco truck at a taco festival and can't get their stuff together to get three tacos turned out in under 40 minutes. And they cannot blame the crowds etc because the other truck were turning food out in 5 minutes, maybe 10 when it was the busiest.

And even after all that time the food was warm at best. Just a surprisingly disappointing experience. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt by saying three stars, was debating between 2 and three and the decent chicken taco pushed it to 3 stars.

Randy is fantastic, professional, on time, efficient and reasonably priced.

We had our water heater give up the ghost over night, leaking and a small flood in the garage. We turned off the water and got in touch with Randy. He replied within minutes and fit us into his schedule that day.

He arrived exactly when he said he would (excellent communication is another one of his strengths) and checked everything, was crystal clear about what he would be doing, as well as identified something that was not up to code and was able to address that as well.

He was done within a few hours, everything looks amazing and our hot water has never been better.
