I am hesitant to write a review, especially a glowing review, that accurately highlights my OBSESSION with The Method Lagree out of fear of making the studio even more popular. I mean don't get me wrong, I want this amazing studio to be wildly successful but selfishly I also want to be make sure I can get off the waitlist and into every class...

But The Method Lagree is MAGIC and everyone deserves to know!

I am a lifelong athlete and general busy body--track, cross-country, college Rugby, cycling, triathlons including a 140.6 and several marathons.

A troubling medical condition required me to have extensive lower back surgery to get some metal hardware installed (two rods and 4 screws). I had been rehabilitating for a year and half with walks, physical therapy and Pilates aka I was bored out of my mind with these types of workouts...

And then I found The Method Lagree and my life change. Not an exaggeration. My life seriously change. They say health is wealth, and my journey with the Method represents this. I feel the strongest I have felt in years (even pre-surgery) and all those important stabilizing muscles are activated in the best ways! Mentally, the knowledgeable coaches and low impact workouts don't make me freak out about injuring myself because I'm not doing the workout right.

Salivating as I think about my last Brooklyn Square experience... as the name suggests, this is probably the most Brooklyn-like dining experience in the LA area: the name is not a misnomer!

With quality food ingredients, generous portions, a friendly staff and cleanliness--this place leaves little to be desired! Without question, you always get what you pay for and the flavor and quality at Brooklyn Square makes it all worth it.

Appetizers: Fried Cheese Ravioli and Wings

Sandwiches: Italian Bada Bing

Pizza: Honey De Niro

Quick tip: wear stretchy clothing! You'll definitely want to try something from every menu category (appetizers, pizza, sandwiches AND deserts)!
