Absolutely disgusted with the way this place runs their business. Called about an apartment I stated VERY CLEARLY I was interested in. And I made sure to be very clear that the apartment in reference was the only one I wanted and wanted to pay the application fee for; any other apartment I DID NOT WANT. And I made that clear. First off, The woman I spoke with (Jamie) was nice at first, sure. But she misinformed me, not only that my application fee was non refundable...(for an apartment I was not even considered for...I would understand if I was just denied, whatever) but she DID NOT tell me I could put an apartment on hold without an application on file. I advised her I was sending my application in that morning for the apartment that not only didn't have any hold on it but did not have any apps on it either. I called to advise her that my spouse and I submitted our applications and she told me someone else came up and put a hold on the apartment RIGHT as i called without telling the people who put the hold on it that I was applying and being considered first.
This is not the way to run a business, and I do not appreciate being lied to in regards to something I was under the impression I was being considered for.
If you want a good apartment, don't bother trying to apply here. They will steal from you, will not refund your wasted money, and will mislead you if you think you're going to be considered for an apartment you want. Please do not waste your time here, the pet fees are ridiculous anyway. Filing a lawsuit with them and also reporting them to the BBB :-)
