Upon arriving I was greeted with smiles from everyone working. I had a bad experience at a different salon the night before and decided to go elsewhere. Soooo happy I went to Hollywood Nails! They were clean, they kept conversation, and made me feel very welcome (especially being a new Bristol resident). I enjoyed them so much, I'm having my mom come with me next week for pedis!

Called AAA for a flat. After an employee made my finances car fall off the jack causing the shield to rip off underneath the car I called and spoke to the manager who had us come in immediately and had us seen and the issue fixed for free. Although it did happen Personal corrected the issue and didn't give us any issues. Great customer service

Have been a frequent customer here for the past two months. My boyfriend and I had paid 300 for a week for a room and we woke up to a message on our last (7th day) mind you I paid last Saturday for a 7 day week stay and they call us on our last day and made us pay for an additional day. I'm sorry. I didn't know a week was 6 days not 7! Will not be returning. They jip you out of your money. Also, the whole week while we were there the tenant in the room next to us would constantly be staring out the window at us whenever we would walk in and out! Not a happy camper right now! Do not stay there. They're over priced and a motel a minute down the road is cheaper and just about to same quality.
