Very disappointing quality and service. I definitely would not recommend it. Not fond of the customer service approach either.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a new Samsung tablet and asked about options for screen protectors. I was told they don't carry any and to go to Amazon instead before I was able to point to the sales person that there was one on the shelf. Then when I went to have the geek squad install it, they had me wait for an hour. They had done it within minutes but left it sitting in the back room and never checked with me. I will not return. I will do what their manager said and use Amazon instead.

Really interesting menu, good flavor. Nice atmosphere, good coffee options. It feels like a nice big city Cafe in a small town with all the welcoming charm you would expect of a local family business.

Kept me waiting for a long time, gave me the wrong order and then blamed me even as I handed her the receipt with the order I made. Poor service to say the least and basic to below average quality and flavor. Maybe I got the part time staff or something else went wrong but clearly this is not the experience I expected. Oh and the person serving food without gloves is also moping the floor without washing her hands in-between. I had high hopes but I don't think I'm coming back.
