"I rarely, if ever give a single star or a five star, as it takes a lot to accomplish one or the other. In this case, I ordered a number 12 on the menu, which would have been a chicken BLT (I ordered a grilled). Instead of chicken, I received a burger... At least the staffs' attitudes were good. I did not call to complain, but I'm sure they'd have corrected it."
