"Store is always in good condition and easy to find items (looking at the app will tell you the aisle), and I manage to get through checkout fairly quick. But their curbside needs work. I get the alerts to come and get my stuff (text, email and call) 2 days in a row, I go up to pick up and it's not ready. They can't find my Xmas tree order!! I tried calling and no one answers. Day 4, I finally get an answer (after trying to cancel the order) and they found it!! Also, When i picked up groceries and informed her I forgot my coupons, should I go get and come back or can I redeem later with my receipt, I was given the wrong info. I came back with receipt and coupons and customer service said no....I can only redeem at time of pickup. $13 in coupons unused."
