"Cool looking mall next to the Soane river in Legoland city. I call it Legoland based on the design of the buildings in this futuristic city neighborhood. The mall itself is covered but has sections that are open to the elements including rain. It's a nice feature which keeps the air fresh, it doesn't have that plastic chemical smell of most malls. They even have a few areas with outdoor lounge chairs. Good variety of stores and they have an excellent food court with typical fast food and some nice looking table service restaurants. On the top floor they have a big movie theater playing French and American movies. There is also a cool art exhibit located in the mall and it appears that it is also used as a night club with DJ and bar."
