"Been here a few times now for shellac nail treatments. Today I came for waxing and shellac hands and feet. I get seen by the lovely Farzana. She knew that I wanted to get many treatments done and therefore came in 2 hours earlier than her usual shift time. We started off with the waxing. Farzana used tea tree wax and was as gentle as can be. She kindly asked if I felt that any areas had been missed. Many beauticians don't ask this and some don't like it when I point out the missed patches to them! We took a half an hour break and the commenced with the nails. I got to sit in the lovely massaging chair! She had a wide range of colours. I went for 'rubble' on the hands and 'tinted love' on the feet. Finished with a lovely foot massage. Thank you Farzana."
