"I'll keep in mind that when I think of Ethiopian. I think of my most favorite spot in Ferndale, Michigan. The Blue Nile. This is my favorite spot, because they offer up an Ethiopian feast and allow you to try all the dishes instead of buying each one on a card. This was the only Ethiopian restaurant in Cologne when I lived there and everything was all a cart. You were stuck with the one dish that you ordered if you didn't like it. That's not fun to pick a dish that you don't like. It wasn't easy to take back food either, different mindset here about customer service. I did get some of their beef and a lentil, found it bothersome somewhat to have to order everything a la carte and the portions were small like at blue nile, but a la carte."
