"When you first walk into the potteries centre (from the lower entrance) the bodyshop fills your nose with such a bouquet of smells its almost impossible to get past without going inan excellent sales tactic! Once inside, the body shop has an excellent range of animal cruelty free products, and also organic products. The original products of the body shop, the moisturisers and sopay things, and are still of an excellent quality, and the make up range is tremendous. Has a good range for all skin types, and i've never met anyone who's had a problem with sensitivities towards the products. They also have excellent gift ranges."
