"I will occasionally workout at BSCC when I visit my family in the Olympia area. The head coach (Roby) is extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he's doing. If you get the chance to participate in one of his conditioning classes, you'll be able to see how his athletes excel so quickly. I've been working out in a CrossFit gym for about 3 years now. The workouts are difficult, but I rarely finish one wanting to vomit. If I can recall correctly, Roby has made me want to vomit each time I've worked out with him (this is a good thing). If you're looking to get stronger and faster, this is the place to do it. BSCC is the definition of a home grown gym where you'll get results."
