"if I could leave no stars I would. THE MOST HORRIBLE EMERGENCY ROOM IVE EVER BEEN TO. my grandfather came in BLEEDING OUT because of a busted lip. Dr. Grey had no sympathy or compassion for his job. he seemed to be "out of this world" is the nicest thing I will say. my father passed out in the middle of all of this and dr grey looked me dead in the eyes and said "okay" no rush to help nothing. still waited a whole minute until someone came in to assist us while my mother was holding my father passed out. took them 5 hours to get a transfer to UAMS to get my grandfather where several hours later he died because the first steps in his emergency care were not tended to at Baptist. HORRIBLE emergency room. i would not even go there for a busted knee."
