"we went to eat a early supper after a basketball tournament. we had 2 adults and 6 kids, the service was friendly, but very slow. food was very good. We were charged a automatic gratuity for the waitress so was upset by that do to: took forever to get seated, took drink orders for only 1/2 the table then left. my youngest didn't get boneless wings until the rest of us were done eating. Customer service needs to be worked on big time, people seem to just EXPECT TIPS, you need to earn tips"
