"I stopped in this cute shop while in Michigan on vacation in October. They had so many cute items and great clothing choices. I purchased two reversible shawls. I wore the colored shawl twice when the back bottom started Unraveling. I was going to just get it altered instead of sending it back but thought I would reach out to Lori Herrington the owner. I sent her photos and let her know what happened. I was shocked that within three hours she got back to me and said she would send me a total new replacement. I received it within the week! It was above and beyond service from a store that I was already in love with. It has an online website so dont hesitate to check it out! They are a first class store and Lori is amazing owner!"
