What are people saying about health & medical near Stratford, CT?
This is a review for health & medical near Stratford, CT:
"Good staff, caring nurses and doctors. Biggest issues are some policies that don't make much sense, and mediocre communications skills. Ask a question of two different people, and get two different answers. Also found that they sometimes don't do what they say they will ... whether operational or medical staff. Patients discussed there's an expectation they know how to navigate getting to the right people and services, while often not the case. Improving communications especially with newbie patients would be a big improvement. Not to slight the many dedicated people at the hospital who work hard to make a difference."
