What are people saying about tapas/small plates in Philadelphia, PA?
This is a review for tapas/small plates in Philadelphia, PA:
"The ambiance is really pretty as many have said. We made reservations to sit in a greenhouse and had to keep the door open because it would get too hot whenever the sun was beaming at us (makes sense). I'd admit, the reason I've been wanting to try Harper's Garden is for their dinner menu, so I will definitely be returning for dinner service and updating my review. I went for brunch with a friend that was visiting town, and the place was packed. Definitely recommend making reservations. I had the two eggs any style with an apple ginger lemonade. The lemonade was great and the meal was pretty subpar. My friend had the chicken biscuit and enjoyed it, though it was too big for her to bite through so she ended up cutting it into pieces."
