Ok I've been here a few times and they do good work, but even with a photo as a guide and saying you can swap things out due to cost and etc the bouquet was kind of a meh. Ive seen stuff for events from them and it's stellar but be sure to really look at what you want before you leave. If it was delivered I would have been kind of annoyed.
During the holidays they have beautiful decorations and things for your home and gifts.
Just be sure you are happy, they are accommodating but like I said what I got was a meh.
I'll give them another shot but I best be even more precise and maybe spend more money?

The place is as always stunning and different from other times staff is friendly but not in your face when you come in.
The flowers they do are really beautiful and the owners cannot be nicer.
They get beautiful Christmas ornaments and decorations and after Christmas the items go on sale.. if you like ornaments get on this. Follow them on all the social media channels for more info.

They do Weddings, Parties, things for Special Events, you can buy a bouquet of flowers have things sent.. I can go on and on. They also have a good deal of house plants, ivy, succulents and etc. You can also get a pot for your plant. Here's the thing I think it depends on who's working at the time. A dear friend who comes here on the regular for plants and has them replanted a service they offer. If you live in an apartment or condo you're not really storing potting soil at your place. Oddly enough when we asked for our stuff to be replanted the person behind the counter was perplexed? They did it but I felt as if we put her out. Also I understand when your looking for a planter for your plant it may cost more than your plant. My feelings on this if you find a planter you should be able to buy it.. it's a sale. I guess when a planter has a silk floral design in it you can't buy it. Now I am happy with my plant, planter and how they package it if it's a gift. Staff is helpful and is willing to go the extra mile. But coming in the few times I have I have found a lot of beautiful things at rather higher prices that if your a savvy shopper you can get elsewhere. I always feel when I come in here to ask about things or hopefully buy something (I did) I felt like I was putting someone out. That's the conflict I feel this way, I am sure you won't but most staff are welcoming and helpful. I am sure from photos and etc they can make your floral dreams come true on whatever budget. As always they have parking outside the store off a busy street. I would give them a shot...

They were delivered first thing this morning. I've never had a delivery by any florist be so quick to delight someone ever! I know they have been in business a long time and they never fail having the best and outstanding flower arrangements. My phone service was excellent and very friendly. Next time you need some Awesome flowers delivered give them a call you will Not be disappointed!

Their arrangements are Awesome and customer service is top notch as well. Friendly delivery also. They put such care and creation into each center piece for your enjoyment especially this season with Covid that many families are not gathering. Send your loved ones an arrangement it's not to late!

I would never hesitate to recommend them or return for all our floral needs in the future.

I spoke with Jennifer and she was so helpful in setting up weekly orders alternating to her work and home. The first bouquet came in a stunning green vase and my friend was so delighted. I love the seasonal flowers and support of local merchants. I can't wait to come to Richester and visit the store in person to pick out some garden statuary. Truly a gem of a business and staff. I have always been frustrated with the big guys on the Internet fir this type of service - SO wonderful to have a personal touch and 100% of my $$$ go to the florist and team.

I live on the West Coast and needed to send flowers to a friend who is in the hospital in Rochester. I picked this florist based on the Yelp reviews (and the name-I love Wisteria!). The person who answered was helpful and they were able to deliver the flowers the same day. The arrangement is beautiful and it is helping to cheer my friend up. Highly recommend this business.

It was here by 10:30am and the delivery guy was so friendly and congratulated me and wished me well "for whatever occasion, I hope your day is special" which was a nice personal touch. The vase and flower arrangements were high quality. I've always trusted wisteria when ordering flowers for others so to receive one of my own deliveries was truly special! They got this custom arrangement 100% right.
