Worst post office I've ever experienced, never coming back.
I had shown up to report my stamp was stolen off an important parcel. And I needed another stamp. Waited in a long line after attempting the vending machine 4 or so times. To no avail. It would not read either of the cards I tried using.
Homeboy wasn't the least bit interested that I was ripped off what with the dozen of people in line behind me already getting impatient. Isn't stealing postage a federal crime?
Stamp vending computer is broken & service is extremely slow.
Hope to move out of this zip code soon.Helpful 0Thanks 1Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lisa P.Saint Louis, MO0191Feb 15, 2023
There was no way to make a passport appointment at any location for 200 miles. I walked in. I had to wait between appointments, but I was seen. The staff were thoughtful and expedient, considering the circumstances. Hopefully, USPS fixes the appointment page.

asked for my mail that's being held due to our mail room being reconstructed only for homegirl to not even bother looking at my ID or asking my address walking to the back and handing me a stack of grocery ads. Terrible service. Had an attitude the whole time! I get y'all understaffed but that's no reason to act the way you did.

Open late almost every day. Self service boxes locked at certain times which defeats the point of the self service kiosks.

I want to thank the staff there, Especially Mr. Van. I've been going consistently every month just dropping off packages. The staff and Van have been tremendous help. From just telling me what my package label entails (free package for priorities etc) next the professionalism.

Whoever runs this USPS always closes early. So frustrating ... supposed to be open until 6, doors are locked at 5pm.

There was a period in my life where I was working on assignment and my lease came up. My assignment was nowhere near an end, I figured paying rent on a place I saw maybe 24 hours a month was not worth it. So, I ended up putting all of my stuff in storage. However, I still needed a place to send all of my mail.
I decided, since I lived down the street, this would be a great place for a PO Box. So, I signed up for it online, went in, and got my key. I had the PO box for 18 months. So, there was a time I literally came to Denver to get my mail and give my car a belly rub (which stayed at the airport).
I like this place, since it is in the heart of the city, and it has a nice size. There are a few spots, and if you are lucky on certain days, there is a hot dog vendor out front (this place is across the street from the Greyhound Terminal). When you enter, there is a long hall of PO boxes, then there is a branch where you can do the rest or your mail business. Also, within the PO Box hall, there is a SSK (Self Serve Kiosk) that is available 24/7- and yes I have used it during off hours plenty of times.
I have come here to return mail that isn't mine, purchase money orders, and even buy stamps. The staff is pretty friendly here (and they are usually the same)- in fact they are friendlier than some of the disgruntleds back home in Alpharetta, GA.
So yea, it is a decent choice and is literally like 5 blocks from where I live, so, no complaints here. I also want to say they do passport services here, just check for the times and dates.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Mar 9, 2018
Convenient
This post office is right in city. As such, parking can be a little tricky sometimes. Be patient - you will find a parking spot. There are great people working here, and the building itself is easy on the eyes.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
