I'm surprised the reviews here are so low. It's definitely one of the smaller Starbucks reserves I've been to for a "stabucks reserve" but it still had plenty of seating area. Staff was very friendly and had nice conversations with the cashier and barista. My drink order which some other Starbucks locations tend to mess up was done properly here so overall I'd say I had a pretty decent experience

Not to be confused with Carf**ks, which are nowhere near as comfortable as doing it in a bed, especially a lovely big expensive hotel bed, but anyway.
Starbucks is insanely popular with everybody, except us, and the good thing about this location here at The Domain is that the people working here were pretty nice.
Products could have been better and could have been worse. However the drinks are insanely overpriced and we don't really like them, for the most part.
I mainly stopped in here to use some Wi-Fi while Barbi was doing all her Domain shopping, and then she came and join me for a few minutes before we left. I probably spent a good 45 mins here, comfy, no complaints, great AC, got a little chilly.
My drink was awful (a seasonal latte), I got a second drink (a hot chocolate) which I'm not into, and by the time she got there it was cold and yet less than 1/4 of it was gone. Not a fan.
Free Wi-Fi that works, decent service, and I appreciate that, but I don't appreciate the prices of the drinks. I also don't appreciate that Google photos ate some of my pictures from Austin and now this - along with several others - seems to have vanished from my files. So no pix here.Helpful 17Thanks 0Love this 16Oh no 0 - 551275676Dec 26, 2020
I see why this Starbucks doesn't have a very high rating. My Praline Latte was watered down, bland, and had next to no sweetness. I didn't taste any of the flavor or really even coffee. Surprising that they are so busy, but I guess there is something to be said for convenience and location!
Disappointing! The egg bites were pretty decent, but I wouldn't get coffee here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jul 25, 2018
I think the staff here could use to main line some of their own product!
Just no sense of urgency here.
Location is great... place is clean... people were nice... but the employees were just in no hurry at all and if you were oh well... you could hurry up and wait!
Coffee was good... once I got it...
Tip to employees: just because you have to spend your whole morning here doesn't mean I should have too!Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Josh F.South Belt/Ellington, Houston, TX432272Sep 22, 2022
No tables inside? Looks like an inventory stockroom in there. Looks trashy. Not a fan of this location

We are in an 'endemic' and in a state that has been relatively 'free' for several months now. 2022 would like you to put your tables back inside.

I recently visited this location while I was staying at the Aloft Hotel for a work conference. I ordered 2 travelers for my team at 6:30am and the staff was so sweet and accommodating! I basically told them I'd be there every morning to order travelers or separate coffees for my team of 13. All the employees were kind and responsive and made sure I had everything I needed! Thank you for the great customer service! I definitely recommend this location for great coffee and super awesome friendly staff!!

A busy Wednesday afternoon in the 70s and it is closed midweek. Missing out on so much business. Ridiculous. If you are not going to be open in Austin's busy Domain then do not occupy the valuable space and let another business have the space that wants the business and takes care of their customers.

This was my best Starbucks experience. First, Tan from Queer Eye was in line right behind me. Second, they gave me a "Next Times on Us" coupon for the wait. Tbh the wait wasn't horrible and it was super busy and like everyone ordered Frappuccinos (including me ). I could have been down to wait even longer so I could keep on trying to make eye contact with Tan
