One visit to our store and you'll discover why Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is the number one destination of chocolate lovers everywhere. Throughout our store you will discover a fantastic variety of yummy chocolates and confections to satisfy cravings of even the most ardent chocoholic. Watch as we dip crisp apples in thick, bubbling caramel from a traditional copper kettle. Smile as we roll them in a rainbow of tasty toppings to complete your old fashioned treat. Linger awhile longer and learn how fudge is made as we fashion a creamy loaf on a traditional marble slab, the old fashioned way, right before your eyes. And of course, everyone gets a free sample. But don't leave without sharing your experience with a gift of fine chocolate, elegantly crafted and beautifully packaged in boxes, platters and baskets. And when you're ready, give us a call or stop in. We'll keep the kettle cooking for you!

An apple a day keeps the doctor away... Especially if it's covered in Caramel or the sinfully divine melted chocolate!
Located at the Glendale Galleria this reincarnation of Hansel & Gretel's sweet shop is pretty hard to ignore (thankfully without the wicked hungry witch). An enticing glass display cabinet shows Chocolate covered apples in every shape and form, thickness and texture, dark, milk or white chocolates, with or without nuts, walnuts, almond, coconut or popcorn - a real sweet tooth paradise!
The lady behind the counter has always been very nice and friendly, I've never had a bad apple from this store, always the crunchy & juicy granny smith under the blanket of luscious chocolates, it is really the perfect ONCE IN A WHILE treat especially to those who are craving the wonderful combination of sweet & tart.
If you think this moment is your "Once in a while" then go ahead and drop by Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, I can already see a "Minion" like eyes as you ogle and pick through the deliciousness inside that illuminated glass cabinets.
Don't forget the Napkins!. ..and oh!!! the buy 3 get 1 free deal is a pretty sweet treat too!!!Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0 - Kordelia W.Los Angeles, CA130225444Jul 10, 2012
Love love love love this place.
The only place I know that offers amazing candy apples. They are a bit on a pricey side but fudge they are so dammmmn goood. Although some of them are super sweet to come by.
I've tried
-Apple Pie - yummy. Not exactly the resemblance but good.
-Cheesecake Apple - ditto
-Coconut - was good at one bite than it was super duper sweet but I still enjoyed it lil by little
-Strawberry cheesecake (i think) - was only available in SF. Awesome my fave
-Chocolate coated marshmallow & caramel - got this in SF too. It was gooey yet so satisfying.
This place has everything you would imagine you find like in one of those theme park candy stores. I haven't tried every thing but I will one day. I can also do the promo they have on candy apples 'buy 3 get 1 free' thing just to sample all the stuff.
Sadly, every time I visit I'm out and well I can just get it without being it sliced but I like sliced. Less mess on me. Anyway one day I will.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joanna L.Los Angeles, CA499772930May 21, 2014
I love this chocolate shop for one reason and one reason only and it's not for their Chocolates...it's for their amazingly huge and delicious and juicy Caramel Apples!
They come in a variety of flavors but I usually just stick with the classic caramel apple with peanuts. they are kind of expensive - 6-7 dollars for one but they are so worth it.
I was also quite happy because they are having a sale - buy 3 get 1 freeeeee! Yippppeee! so I got 3 classic and one chocolate almond. YUM!
If they don't cut it up, the whole apple can last for a week in the refrigerator!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wenders B.Los Angeles, CA815222Dec 16, 2012

You like apples? Well how do you like them apples!!!
I personally love apples and this place, but Damn this place raised their prices to $7.50. But I guess you have to forgive and forget when you have some sweet delicious chocolate covered apples/marshmallow/strawberry in your mouth. I personally have a big sweet tooth and this place is definitely the spot I get my fix . From the Oreo to the peanut butter cup, all flavors are decadent and amazing at every bite. I especially love how the size of the apple is very large.
Also, I personally don't like to have my apple cut into slices, as usually me and some friends say that it is unmanly to cut your apples.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Angel D.Long Beach, CA676713132Apr 29, 2013

Delicious candy apples and desserts. However it seems to be over priced from the average. I'm weak for sweets , so what's a few extra bucks when you don't need it huh? Lol

Went there May 2nd, to curb my caramel Apple craving. Since my tummy has control over my wallet, so I'll pay pretty much whatever it costs. Came to $6.00. A little high for a damn apple covered in caramel and peanuts. Overall, it was a good caramel apple.
