This location has two lanes and only the right side moves. If you get in the left lane you might as well put your car on park and go wait for your food at the window. The way it was designed is all wrong; the drive through lanes block parking so people trying to get out when it's busy is a mess. Go to a different canes that is better designed and has the drive-through service down, not a hot mess like this one. There's a person walking around asking everyones name; she asked my name 3 times, People behind you get their food before you, girl asked me what my order was went to window, came back asked me what drinks, girl went to window and from there she yelled asking me "regular?"; regular what??? I don't know what the heck she was asking me about. I legit spent about an hour parked in their drive-through lane, if I had to take a dump I could have easily left my car parked and came back to the same spot without a problem. When you go drive through its for speed and convenience, not so you can park there and do your taxes while you wait. Canes in South Gate, please close your left lane, you can't handle 2 lanes. Maybe try to get chick fil a to come give you some lessons on how to manage 2 lanes. Wandering girl at least apologized for the wait. Horrible experience.

I've been here twice, very informative, plenty of parking, cheap, but obviously boring to be there 8 hours, well at least for me, especially because I was going through a food coma when I came back from lunch. Free coffee, they have snacks you can buy and they are very nice people. I'd definitely come back for my next ticket

This place was great. Obviously we went when it wasn't busy. The girl took our order and she had great customer service skills, she didn't forget to give me my cups and straws. I had to go pee pee and I was even more impressed that the restrooms were super clean! You know the place is good when the restrooms are super clean, that's probably what made me want to write this review. They were so clean that I felt bad using the toilet. Anywho, the girl brought the food to our table and she asked us if we needed anything, we didn't, but another table asked her if she could change the channel to watch the football game and she was more than happy to. Basically the service we got was so good that I was confused as to wether I should leave a tip on the table or not. Really great service!

Omg, the food here is amazeballs! I got the crepes and a chicken panini, and it was bomb.com! It was my first time here so it was a little weird; you order at the counter then you wait to be seated and then they bring the food to you. Service was great too, the server was really nice. Will be coming back soon, and I already told my friend about it!
