I purchased groupon for this place, had the appointment, went there no one was there to fix my car, I wasn't able to see any employee. It was 11 in the morning, no staff. Called them, no answer, so I decided to wait for another 10 mins. Around 11:07 someone showed up, he checked my card. There was voice coming from the back, it was getting louder everyday, the guy fixed it. I had issue with the radiator as well, he fixed that too, took some time but my car is in good condition now.
Also, I ended up paying more than quoted, groupon got me discount though, the place is pricey.

Mike, Dave, Dan, Mo, Mountain Man.. all of them are the best! These guys are honest guys who try to go above and beyond for their customers. Working at a local shop, we need an honest mechanic who is consistent in the work and service. These guys are just that.

They have helped me through a lot of tough situations, always willing to take in warranty work, or even spare a couple extra minutes to help out people as a courtesy.

I have rarely heard negative criticism towards this company since it came under new management. They are good with alignments and suspension as well! Just come to this place to do it all, aside from body work.

New to Fremont, and this is my first time coming here.

This is under new ownership for the last two months. I was helped by the owner Mike Thompson. Amazing person and extremely honest (specially checking on some things on my car. I had a couple of things done recently like Cabin air filter and brakes, even said that it was in good condition).
He mentioned to me that the last owner Mis-managed this place so he's trying to bring it back up to par and has years of experience.

I went in for an Oil Change and luckily found a coupon on yelp for $14.95+ tax. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, there were many cars ahead of me but he was still able to get me in and out within an hour (but had quoted me 2 hrs). :)

He has another lady working with him (forgot her name), she also was very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend anyone to this shop.
Waiting Room/ Lobby had a TV, coffee and decent seating.
And while Mike wasn't too busy, held a nice conversation to pass the time.

Been going here for a while now and usually the guys do a great job. Took my car in last weekend because it was making noises like a belt was about to snap. They told me the belts were fine and a transmission fluid change would help and to eventually get my rotors changed but that it would still make weird noises and was completely safe to drive. I trust the guys here and with me being 9 months pregnant I'm sure they weren't making things up.

Fast forward a week, my car starts screaming on the freeway, the check engine light goes on, something pops and clanks and my car dies. Turns out it was a belt, it snapped off and now my car is overheated to the point where it might have blown a gasket. Really disappointed in the service I got and now I have a much bigger problem on my hands because they didn't diagnose it right. Won't be going back unfortunately.

I got my car serviced here with a full set all the way around for my Breaks Dave "Mountian Man" did a wonderful Job I am very happy with the service I received. The office staff did me right and has a wonderful since of humor. The price was way better than the dealer I could not be more happy.

Went there for the first time and I had a very pleasant experience.

I bought a groupon on Thursday, called them the same day to set up an appointment for the following Tuesday.

So I went on Tuesday only to find nobody was there. This was already 11:30am. The doors were locked and I could see mail slipped through their doors so obviously nobody had come in over the weekend I'm assuming.

I tried calling the number with little hope, and there was no voicemail. I waited another 20 minutes just to see if anybody would come in. Nobody. I mean, it's TUESDAY!?

Also, I hand-wrote a note and slipped it through their door saying to call me back. It's already the next weekend, and I received no call back from them.

AVOID THIS PLACE if you plan on buying a groupon for this.

It has been weeks now that I have driven by this shop to find garage is closed. I thought oh, maybe the owner went on a vaca, lucky him. Yesterday 8/25/16 I actually drove into the Parkin lot right up to the window to see FED EX tags all over the front door and a crap load of mail lying on the floor, as well as a few news papers.... wth!!! I just need my routine oil change. So I call the shop # in hopes for some sort of confirmation. All I got was a dial tone that said, "the # you have called is no longer in service."
Wow... immediately I contact Groupon bc I spend almost a $100 on a package of oil changes.
In the past I never really had BAD service and the owner Mike is really nice guy, I am sad to have to give such a bad rating, but there must be a better way as a business to provide better service.

I just saw on Google that he left a hand written note about being closed and should be opened this week the 22nd. NOPE! It said to call, still no connection. This note btw is not even posted in the window at their shop any longer.
I contacted Groupon, may just get my money back, I'll see how the weekend looks. It's too bad...!

I've been to Precision Tune Auto Care a few time. Today, Xmas Eve, decided to get an oil change.

I called to make sure they were open. Mike said they'll be open until 1pm so I rushed over there.

One person was waiting already & I was next. I was still in their system so know your mileage. They ask for it. Mine was 77,350.

I did the standard oil change $19.90 but with tax & everything came to $21.50. Credit cards taken.

Just noticed that they put 10W30, while my car needs 5W20. Oh well. Car didn't blow up. Friend said it'll just cause lower gas mileage, but otherwise ok.

They recommended me to get a 75K Service.

Time: took about 45 minutes.

Waiting room is cold on a Winter day. One unisex bathroom available. Water & coffee too.

Mike was very helpful. I had an ongoing check engine light problem and he finally took care of it once and for all. He knew exactly what to do on my 2002 Honda Civic. It was good riddance. I am more than thankful. He was also quick, friendly and affordable. Thank you Mike :)
