aquariums were filled with algae, overrun by snails, employee would not allow me to get the animal that I wanted due to lack of knowledge and incorrect information, and the fish seemed to not have been fed. Overall I was disappointed and will not shop there again.

When I enter the PetSmart located in Massillon , I am always greeted with a friendly employee. My puppy, Molly, loves when I take her there to be groomed by Brittany. I am always able to find just what I'm looking for down the aisle. Thank you!

Average store. Looking specifically for cedar chips for small animals. They do not carry this product. No other reviews or thoughts as this was my only purpose, and it was not a stocked item. To be fair tried 3 different stores, and not one of them had anything.

I just had the worst experience at massillon petsmart. I was checking out at register when I saw 3 pairs of socks for 15. They are normally 12 a pair. So I ask cashier Brianna if all the socks are 3 for 15 before I buy any and she said yes. Well I complete my purchase and got to the truck looking at my receipt I notice they charged me 12 a pair. I went back in to get price fixed and the manager Larry said cashier was wrong qnd he would not honor the price quoted he gave me my money back and me I didnt need to shop there anymore. What customer service. Dont shop here

Made a grooming appointment for my dog online for Friday 5/27/16, called in the morning and verified the appointment. Showed up on time with a few minutes to spare and they had lost her rabies information. They claimed it was never in there, but I had an appointment 6 weeks before that and provided it then and obviously they groomed her then. They refused to groom her and we were leaving town that afternoon. All that would've been fine even though it was their mistake, but they did not even try making it right, or offer a sincere apology. I even offered to run home and email it to them, but they refused. It was a complete waste of time, 50 minutes round trip. The manager and staff did not take responsibility whatsoever for loosing her information.

Pet looks just like an extra off of Meerkat Manor, which is exactly how we like him to look.

Sue was gentle, efficient, and listening to us. Whenever we're in Ohio, Pet is coming to Sue at this location.
