Panda Express

Dropped in for a quick bite at the panda inside casino. First time here and The entire staff here was friendly and gave great customer service. The food was fresh and hot! Whoever manages this spot is doing great! The music had a nice vibe. I definitely appreciated my experience here today. I Highly recommend this spot! I did get my usual vegan option of chow mein and spring rolls. I will be back to experience this panda again.

Ordered the Kung Pow CHICKEN bowl. Got the sorta bowl. Fried rice. With lotsa vegetables. A piece of chicken. And weak Kung Pow. No peanuts. No spiciness. And very little chicken.
Save yourself the money. Just order a side of fried rice and ask for some hot sauce. Way better than falling for the "kung pow CHICKEN scam"

Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 item plate double teriyaki chicken and got all the way home to find out they didn't give the sauce that makes it teriyaki. Tried to call the restaurant three times and no one answered!! So I'm left with no choice but to write this review in hopes someone will notify the restaurant to answer their phone. I can understand if they were busy but I was the only person in the drive thru so it's not that busy.

Great food. Fast service compared to the other restaurants next door.

This is the worst ran panda I have been to. They always and I mean ALWAYS forget something. I always go thru the drive thru but always have to park and walk inside to get what they forgot. They also always make me wait for my food because they are making it. It takes like 15 min. Why can't they have it made before running out? I don't understand. This establishment is supposed to stay open til the specified time that it says on their door but always locks the door 30 min early. This place sucks and the employees are useless. Panda management please get this place back to the way it used to be.

Dog food, disgusting. Other Panda restaurants vary but this one is really bad. I couldn't finish my food and I'm not that picky.

Worst panda express!!!
the lady who served me barely put any rice , chow mein and 2 sides. The rice was hard and the orange chicken tasted old and hard too. Never coming back!!!!

3/6/22 Employee serving the food didn't seem to care about the customers. They had no rice no honey walnut shrimp and didn't inform customer before they waited 25 minutes in line. Also the compow chicken only had veggies and no chicken.

Crunchy rice not cooked, bland noodles, just go to your neighborhood Chinese restaurant much better then this crap.

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been in my life. The lady taking order and the cashier are extremely rude. They look at you like you're begging for food. I ordered the wok-seared steak and shrimp. She put a lot of rice and 4 PCs of beef and 2 shrimps. I asked her why is it mostly rice and no meat ? She said I already put 4 steak . She turned her back and went inside the kitchen. The cashier is so RUDE too. I don't understand why they act like this to a paying customer.
