Breaks my heart...last spring I dropped off a cartridge for my laser printer so that the store could order a replacement as they no longer carried the cartridges in the store. When I went back to pick up the cartridge, not only had they given it to someone else, they had thrown away the cartridge I brought in. Taught me a huge lesson. This store no longer cared about customer service, and although it was so convenient, I never went back nor do I intend to. I now go down the street to Office Depot.

This is my neighborhood Office Max, and it makes me happy to go there and wander the aisles to see what I didn't know I needed. This is also the spot to get the horrendously expensive color cartiidges for my school printer. Unlike the Office Max at River Park, this store always has the right ones in stock, and they take in my empty cartridges for a small refund. One time I even got a free flash drive for my cartridge returns.

Parking is easy as it is a huge lot and there is little in the strip. The employees are fairly helpful, if you can find one out on the floor. I sometimes have to wait at the checkout as there is only one clerk and she is having to return someone's purchase. Grrr. I hate people who return things.

Poor service. Clerk asked me if I needed help then didnt help other than saying they don't have the item if it isn't there. He left and I was on my own. I knew they had the item I needed because I saw it on their website. He came back as I was rechecking for the right item on the website, mumbled then left again. I was not thrilled so I left all I was going to buy and went to Office Depot where the help was extremely friendly. Funny thing was that I passed by Office Depot specifically to go to Office Max and ended up driving all the way back.
