Stayed here for the weekend to attend the Browns game. Very great staff (Bill, Greg, and the rest of the staff) were great. The breakfast was good with many choices, plus the staff kept everything full and fresh! And it's only 10 minutes from the airport with a shuttle! If you come to Cleveland, this a great place to stay.

It's ok if you're just doing an overnight. I couldn't have stayed more than the 11 hours I was there.
The people working here were so nice to me! My room was clean enough.
I just thought I'd be able to take a shower and I never got warm/hot water in my room. No one knew why. I'd say they save money on heating their water by keeping it unheated.
Hair dryer was missing but it's ok as I never had that shower lol
There's stuff splattered all over the wall over the bed. I don't even want to know what that is.....
Still not sure about the chain link fence by the parking lot. I might be in a less than savory area?
Beware when booking online.
My flight got in after midnight so I hired Lyft. The price was $26 with tip. Don't rely on the hotel shuttle after a certain time.
Main reason I booked here was they advertised lighted magnified make up mirrors. You guessed it. Not true. A day in the life!
On the plus side, the shuttle driver was fantastic!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Theresa F.Cincinnati, OH1210Oct 30, 2023
awful experience. No tv... only apps... we'll just YouTube TV and Netflix with your password. Not even local TV. We were watching some you tube videos and had their version of Barney Fife knock on our door (roughly 1200) and stated they have 'quiet time' between 0900 and 2100..... our TV was not loud. Best part.....we were on the end so no one was on the left side.... And the person that was on our right side was in our room with us. JOKE of a stay. Stay elsewhere. On a good note, Lakewood was a wonderful city and we had a blast. We will be back, just NOT at the fifth...or La Quinta.
Joke.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Karl W.Mount Hope, KS23Jan 13, 2024
If I could give negative stars, I would. I stayed at the Wyndham Cleveland Airport Hotel. It was the worst 2 nights I've ever spent. Fire alarm went off the first night but they acted like it was no big deal and didn't contact anyone to let us know. The next day we complained about the alarm, lack of hot water and non functioning ice machine. It was a different shift so they didn't know anything about it. They offered us a free breakfast as recompense. They moved us to another room and the bathroom was dirty, there was dried blood on the floor and what looked like rust or dirt enveloping the bathtub. They moved us to a 3rd room. 2nd night, the alarm went off again and the fire department showed up this time. When I tried to call downstairs no one answered. We ran to the lobby half dressed with children in tow and the guy at the front desk acted like it wasn't a big deal and had no answers. When the manager finally arrived he said someone was smoking weed and set off the alarm. I was irate so I demanded to know what was the protocol if there is a fire or some other emergency. What followed was some nonsensical word vomit that didn't make much sense. The gist is that if the alarm goes off, the phones don't work so you can't call down to the lobby, they don't contact the individual rooms and if you don't come down you never know if it was a real emergency or not unless you're engulfed in flames. Basically they don't have an escape plan and if they do the manager doesn't know what it is. They only know how to collect money and apologize

We made our reservation and that was easy to do.
When we arrived we were sent to a room that was not ready and it was after 5pm already. We had to be switched to a different room. The room we were switched to had the sheets and blankets dirty with what looked like could possibly be poop and blood . We wanted to call the front desk to request new blankets but there was no number on the phone to be able to call front desk so we had to go down for them. Breakfast was super limited. The beds were so uncomfortable that everyone's back was hurting the next morning. I still gave it two stars because of how easy the reservation was and because the front desk people were very friendly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 25, 2020

I came here due to my company booking this hotel for me. I arrived around 1 am, but the office staff and security were still working and easily accessible.
1. Room was clean and no bed bugs
2. Bathroom was clean
3. Great fitness center, although I didn't get a chance to utilize it.
4. Great breakfast variety, although I overslept it. (Based it off what I saw from the leftover.
5. The lady who works in the breakfast area is the nicest person, she allowed me to come get plastic plates and utensils even after they were closed up.
She also encouraged me to take any kind of snacks she hadn't put up yet. So I grabbed a couple bananas
Small gestures like that are sometimes all they take to make a persons day. So thank you, kitchen staff lady.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Don't Get F.Harrisburg, NC011Aug 13, 2023

Stayed here earlier this year when I was in town for a show. It was one of the only hotels nearby, and I've stayed in other La Quintas before and had great experiences, so I thought this place would be fine. The customer service wasn't the greatest, as in they didn't greet us or welcome us or anything. The King room was small and basic. The bathroom was really small and had a non ADA toilet, and I found a pube on the wall! I made sure to check the sheets and bedding before we got in bed, and it appeared to look ok. I've stayed in a variety of places from cheap motels to Penthouse suites in luxury hotels. But this place was sketchy. I was glad I was able to park my car right in front. When we were leaving the next morning, we saw a man across the parking lot at outside of a vehicle look like he was pointing a gun at some girls like 50 ft away from them. We thought they might have been playing around, but we were like "let's get the eff out of here". I'm mainly writing this review now, months later, because I don't want to forget the location of this hotel. Definitely won't stay here again.

Room 210, April 17, 2022: bedbugs. Do not stay at this hotel. You have been warned. Otherwise, the place is decent. Things are a little dinged up but not too bad.

Cute room and super clean but I was bummed when they didn't have breakfast nor access to fitness center. If I had known this, I wouldn't have booked with them. Most hotels are doing individual bagged breakfasts.
