I am very impressed with this family owned business. Victor and Stacy were very helpful in assisting me with selecting the best fabric for my chairs. I was most impressed with their professional courtesy. Stacy is a very caring person who values all aspects of customer service. Victor was very conscientious about picking my chairs up in a timely manner. The most impressive part of my experience was how much the customer is valued. I felt like I had previously known these folks during my interaction with them. Stacy is a very mild mannered and seems to know how to deal with all people types. My chairs are 40 years old. The chairs look very beautiful. The job was completed with superb magnificence. No flaws. The design was also splendidly matched. I will continue to utilize the services of Knopps and also servie as a spokesperson for this business

I have had upwards of 10 upholstery projects done by Knops over 20 years and the family-owned company's work has always been superb, tasteful, professional, and on time. Victor and his wife Stacy (and formerly his mother; now one of his sons) have the kind of family-owned business that renews my faith in the American ethic of work hard and do an excellent job you can be proud of. They are delightful to deal with and fair in their pricing.

Just picked up my recovered couch cushions today and they look great. Victor and his team were very professional and approachable. They were able to complete my order ahead of schedule and at a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing reupholstering.

I have had furniture upholstered by these folks twice, my couch 5 or 6 years ago and am now in the process of having my dining room chairs recovered. I brought my own fabric both times. As the previous reviewer said, they're not so great at returning phone calls, keeping regular business hours or returning things on time, but that being said, Margarita has been courteous and friendly and their work is excellent. We're doing our 11 chairs in 2 batches. The first batch was returned today and they look and feel wonderful. The second bunch went out when the finished ones came in and are due back Friday.

Very good at repairing furniture you would think was otherwise ready for the dumpster. Not that great at phone interactions, as others have mentioned, so consider outsourcing to someone with patience.

I'm a local interior designer and have used Victor and his team for both my clients' jobs and my own. I've never been disappointed with the work and perhaps the best part of hiring Victor: he's talented, approachable, courteous, helpful and trustworthy and his prices are relatively reasonable.

I recently moved and decided to have my sofa, which I've owned for the past 15 years, and love seat, which belonged to my Great-Aunt, reupholstered. I've tried my hand at upholstery in the past; it is not the easiest craft...

I called Knops based on the testimonials and reviews I had read. Margarita came right out to give me an estimate and advised me about the yardage needed. I found fabric during the following week and made an appointment with Stacy to have Victor pick up the pieces later in the week.

Victor and one of his colleagues came to the apartment picked-up the pieces and the fabric, ask when I would be in the new place and told me the pieces would be back the week I was fully moved in.

I was not at home when Victor delivered the sofa and love-seat, I got a text message from my daughter saying "AWESOME!!!"

The craftsmanship is beautiful, Knops is top of the league with their craft, I couldn't be more happy with the outcome.

I'm not sure what school of business these people attended but it ain't a good one. Returning phone calls, keeping regular business hours and being polite to clients - - are these things of the past? If you can deal, then perhaps this gal is for you. Me? I'll take my business elsewhere. I finally reclaimed my chairs after countless weeks of no returned phone calls, missed business hours and poor communication over material choices. They need to get a clue.
