Great Clips

I went to get a curtain bang cut and i told her I wanted it to be longer so I could still put it up she said yes I can do that she ended up cutting my bangs to me ears length i was so mad so I went to a different salon they fix it thank god I will never go back again she didn't listen to what I wanted I even showed her a picture of what I wanted plz save yourself and save your money go somewhere else.

Starting with a new customer in Cereal City and I can't look like a shaggy mess, now can I? I stopped at the Great Clips and had a wait for my haircut which was my own fault for not checking in on the app. I did arrive at a good time as people arriving after me were looking at a 60+ minute wait. Ouch.

The young lady (maybe 20 years old?) did a good job of cutting my hair. Exactly as I requested and short. The way I (and my wife) like it.

I'm a fan.

Great Clips it's gonna be great. That's quite ironic because my haircut was not great; my haircut wasn't even mid. If you are looking to look like Mr. Clean's second cousin maybe you should go to Mid Clips.

Usually good but.... I had to bolt from my usual haircut place (Great Clips) since I was getting passed over for service. I walk through the front door and I'm next in line. As I wait, a family walks in, and they had checked in online. No problem, I can wait. Then another family comes in and does the same thing. So now there are enough people ahead of me, to feel like I'm at the DMV. Nice group of employees, but a very lame system.

*** Update *** I have since started to use the application on my phone to check in prior to arrival, and I don't wait for more than a few minutes.

I started going to Great Clips after the previous place screwed up. I wish I would have been going to Great Clips. I always check in online so there is never much of a wait.
All the employees have cut my hair to my satisfaction.

Not happy about my visit. The person cut my hair way to short. I didn't notice while the haircut was going on, she mentioned it. She even ask if I had a "cowlick". In 55 plus years of haircuts, cowlick was NEVER mentioned by a barber or stylist. I'll never go back to this one.

In there defense, I was contacted but because of my schedule and how I work I knew I'd never have the time to go back in for anything. Besides, my hair was so badly cut, the only thing left to do was to cut it even shorter...

Great Clips in Jackson MI does a much better job and have never been disappointed! Loves like future trips to Jackson will just have to figure out how I'm going to get over there, or find some place else in Battle Creek to get a haircut.

The service here is always quick, the staff is great and make you feel like a friend! The online check in is a neat feature and highly recommended.

"Great", it is not. "Good", no. "Ok", maybe.... if the hair you're wishing to clip is on a man or child's head.

I went in for a super-simple trim off the bottom of a single layer cut. Sounds easy-peasy, but apparently not. Looking in a mirror at home, my hair had been trimmed at an angle... shorter over the left shoulder than the right.

I think I could've done this well at home & saved the money & tip.

On the plus side, they are quick & there's easy parking near the door.

Usually have a decent haircut but today's was AWFUL! My son asked for his normal cut and got a clipper cut that took all of two minutes. He now looks like he got shaved like a sheep. Terrible! Bad! Not going back!!

Great place for getting a quick haircut. They are always so nice to me when I come in. The check in app works very well, I would suggest using it, makes the process quicker. For those that are regulars like myself, they know your cut which makes it easier and quicker if you are crunched for time. I like going to Great Clips.
