Havent been for a couple of years. Has there been a renovation? The alley was getting prettty run down.

      A:

Hi Mary Anne, Yes, we renovated our bowling center last September with new lanes, new ball returns, and new masking units. Of course, we still offer automatic scoring… more

My parents, husband, 2 teenagers and 3 kids under the age of 10 came here with me on our vacation in New Hampshire. It was like walking back in time and definitely cool. My mom played Joust 2 & Q Bert most of the time and I introduced my little one to pinball while my husband played The Simpson's Game & my dad destroyed on Terminator. We then had an air hockey tournament (that I won) with 3 floors of gaming we buddied up, passed out tokens and went to town!

The bowling alley is currently being remodeled and my hubby was disappointed that every superman game was out of order. Definitely worth the trip and I must say the staff was absolutely delightful and very present.

Hungry? There's a grab and go snack bar and a restaurant just off the bowling alley. Serving up pizza, hot dog and chicken finger type food. Cheers; there's beers. (You cannot walk around with drinks however).

Been coming here since I was a kid in and my bookit and good grades on my report card meant redeemable token's. Incredible memories of getting my cup filled with those little gold coins and shaking them around in the bright yellow logo cup. SO happy that this nostalgic 90's vibe has not left the building. This is one of my most happiest of places to be.

Incredible for all ages.... if you like FUN.
If you're not into fun....this spots not for you.
      Go! You won't regret it.

Well, let me say that it was a nice drive thru the country to get here. Lot of smaller local roads, but the GPS was right on target. Parking was very plentiful and the place was easily recognizable. Small bowling alley served its purpose as a played a game. There was a choice between regular or the smaller ball style bowling, not sure what it was called but it is one the same lanes just using a hand sized ball. Mini golf indoors was in a rather large room and a little cramped, but still fun.
Our first stop was at the restaurant as we needed to fuel up before hitting the games. Prices were reasonable and food was good.
Would be nice if they put an arcade map on their brochure as there were multiple levels with all different style games. Older arcade games, games with tickets etc. Have to include a picture of one where I was able win 1000 tickets!

Unbelievable variety. A bit overwhelming. Fun except when some machines don't work. Must be never ending for the repairman here. Quite a few kids here during the day- too young for school, vacationing maybe, or maybe even homeschooled? There is a bingo hall in another building, ice cream stand in a 3rd building, bowling, putt putt golf, and maybe something else are offered in the main building at a separate charge too.

      Concentration on older games mostly.

Tickets can be counted fast with ticket counter machine but it appears that it doesn't count past 99.

Interesting place to make a stop over.

The world's biggest disappointment, where the only saving grace lies in two things: the antique video games and pinball bowling . Everything else is a mere gimmick and a waste of hard-earned money. The employees, rather than assisting patrons, seem to have perfected the art of engaging in lively conversations amongst themselves. Sadly, half of the machines are out of order, and apart from the nostalgic old-school games that require only a single token, the remaining machines lack any redeeming value or entertainment worth even a token's investment.

However, our family did manage to find joy in the pinball bowling, which is the sole reason we generously grant this place a whopping two stars. The prizes offered are so underwhelming that they wouldn't even meet the 'dollar tree' standards, considering the exorbitant number of tickets required to claim them. To top it off, all the ticket counter machines were conveniently out of service, leaving only one operational, while the employees behind the counter seemed to be more interested in their own amusement than assisting customers. It was a professional circus of sorts, with a touch of comedic ineptitude.

We had the opportunity to visit, indulge in some playtime, but regrettably, we have decided not to revisit in the future.

It's a bit hokey. There's no denying this, but at the same time it is amusing. My thanks to the owner and staff, for keeping prices family friendly. The pinball machines work well or not by much, and a lot of the 1980's video games must require a lot of maintenance. It was fun playing the arcade versions of Contra, Punchout, Rampage and more. This brought back some memories.

As for being the world's largest arcade, I highly doubt that is the case. There's plenty of parking, and while big, it's not leviathan huge. People of all ages will find something. Nice staff work here, and you can collect tickets playing skeeball and other games. The prizes are what you'd expect. I believe it's open 10 am to 10 pm daily, and it's a tourist trap, but it is worth checking out.

I spent the summers of 1987 and 1988 working in the Lake Winnepesaukee area and Funspot was a hangout. It had to be revisited on this trip through New England to see if it was still the same.

Yes, it's the same. If anything, it's even more awesome now than it was then. Bigger, brighter, more machines and plenty for kids of all ages to enjoy!

After converting $10 into tokens and then playing the many machines that I enjoyed, I landed in the Skeeball area. It seemed like the Skeeball machines were the easiest way to turn tokens into something cheap to take with me as a memory. They have a counting machine, which was super helpful.

The only mistake I made in coming here was going on a Saturday when Maine & Massachusetts school break was ending & New Hampshire school break was starting. The place was MOBBED with families & kiddos. There were a couple of birthday parties going on, as well.

My husband & I started at the pub downstairs to each have a beer. We were going to bowl, but it looked like a long wait. So off to find Skee-Ball we went; unfortunately, a good chunk of the machines were Out of Order. Any that worked were all occupied. Oh well! One of the employees came over & refunded us our tokens when he noticed the machine we chose was now not working. I thought that was a nice observation & he made swift action.

It was about lunch time so we went to the restaurant area to order a pizza. We waited about 32 minutes for (1) large pizza. It was somewhat busy, but larger parties that came in AFTER us were receiving their food. It was a bit disappointing, but worth it in the end. We had the bacon ranch pizza & it was cooked nicely.

The carpeting in this place needs replacing badly. With the foot traffic & how large it is with all of the arcade games, etc. I can see how that would be quite the project. It's a little 'dirty' I guess you could say. The arcade & pinball games are still in pretty decent condition & lots of them! There are hand sanitizing stations all over the place, too.

We still have a ton of tokens ($20 worth) & plan to return to hang out for a little while.

Dingy, dirty and duct taped establishment that seems like it never left 1994.. Video game aficionados will probably enjoy the huge selection and classic games from the 80s and 90s. Lots of games out of order. It's odd that they don't have more newer games to complement the older games. Long line to cash out tickets. Prices were decent compared to other arcades I've been to recently.

It seems like this place is probably run by a MAGA Republican. In addition to other posts saying the owner is a pandemic denier, I was greeted by a huge picture of Ronald Reagan when buying tokens. The entire place has an attitude of "this is the way it has always been and nothing needs to change," a mantra of Republicans. The physical tokens and physical tickets instead of cards like most modern arcades is one example, although maybe that would be hard to implement on old games. The owner is clearly cheap as there was a lack of staff, rugs worn and torn, and decor that looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. The bathrooms were clean, so that's a plus.

Fun day out. $20 and we played for hours. Large selection of games. When one game ate our tokens, we were quickly reimbursed and then played for free. Great for nostalgia and retro.
