Chili's

My family and I had a nice meal at Chili's the other night predominantly because the food runner and bussers were great. Our server was nice but the food runners were absolute ninjas and were the model of efficiency. Our tasted good and the "3 for Me" deal is so budget friendly, it's a family favorite option. With the "3 For Me" menu, you not only get your choice of entree and a drink but also a choice of soup or salad and that's a great deal since their loaded baked potato soup is one of my favorite items on their menu; I would go there just for that soup. But as much as I like "3 for Menu", I still miss their shrimp tacos; those were my go to entree.

Dining at Chili's is often a gamble; the service is inconsistent, depending on the server and their mood that day. We've had some terrific service more often than terrible. During our last visit service was okay; he was friendly enough and courteous but he kept missing specific details of our order like how I ordered the mango-flavored iced tea but he input plain iced tea. He did check up on our party frequently in the beginning of our meal but towards the end, he had moved his attention on to other tables in his section, leaving us wanting refills on our drinks. Other than that, the food itself tasted good and was well prepared. The price was reasonable and the portion sizes were generous; so, overall, our visit was still fairly pleasant.

It's been a while since we've had below average dining experience at Chili's. Lately, service had been good until last night. Our server, who unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, approached our table with open indifference and seemed impatient about taking our orders. I would chock it up to her having an off night but she was super sweet to the table behind us, but once she got to our table, she was frigid and had a permanent scowl on her face. Despite her piss poor attitude, the other team members: the hostesses, the food runners and team-member that bussed our empty drink mugs were pleasant and nice. The food itself was also great; I'm not usual a burger-person but even I had to admit, my burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. I would have really enjoyed it except for the fact that another team member was openly coughing up a storm while he used the register behind us (dude cover your mouth or cough into your arm; even pre-schoolers are taught that much. Talk about an appetite-killer). Worse yet he kept coughing at and while he was using the communal-register and probably infecting his co-workers. Note to management: if someone who is coughing that bad near or around food; for the love anything sanitary, send them home. Geez.

It's been a while since we've eaten at Chili's and yesterday was the perfect night to drop by because the restaurant was not so busy and we were seated as soon as we walked; no wait time at all. The hostess was so sweet, she cheerfully greeted us as we walked in. Our server was nice, he processed our order quickly and correctly. Overall, our meal was pleasant and all the food was delicious that we pretty much finished every morsel. Altogether, this was a positive visit.

It's been a while since we last dropped by Chili's and tonight, our regular servers weren't around but immediately upon entering the we were warmly welcomed by the young lady at the greeter's station and promptly shown to a table. Our waiter immediately came by yo take our drink orders and before he passed our table, our drinks were delivered by another team member; now, that was fast. No more than five or ten minutes later, our server returned to take our orders and we received our soups and appetizers shortly there after. Our entrees arrived before we even finished our appetizer and we all agreed that our meal was great and satisfying that we ate every bite. Tonight's visit was a positive experience

We had another lovely meal at Chili's, the restaurant was fairly crowded with the usual lunchtime crowd but our server, Kita, processed our orders efficiently and food arrived in a timely fashion. The food tasted great and there was plenty of leftovers yo make second meal!

Another great dining experience at Chili's due to our server, Ashley B. She was super-friendly, efficient and attentive; she processed our orders perfectly and accommodated any special requests graciously. We received our drink and food orders in a timely manner, and all the food lwagreat: the chips tasted fresh, the salsa was adequately spicy, our shrimp pasta was tasty, the burger was delicious, the smokehouse combo and chicken sandwich were really good as well; plus, the portions were huge that there was enough food for leftovers.

This by das was our best visit to Chili's in the most recent months. The food was okay and the atmosphere was good; the restaurant seemed a lot cleaner than before but what was best about this visit was our server, Ashley B (according to the tablet). She was absolutely friendly and accommodating, upbeat and just a joy to interact with. She provided fast, efficient service with a constant smile; what a lovely way to make us feel like our business was appreciated. Thank you!

The cold weather has me craving the loaded baked potato soup and it's been a while since we last paid Chili's a visit; so, off to Chili's we went for lunch. The service, as usual was warm and welcoming, and we probably just missed or was ahead of the Sunday lunch crowd because the restaurant was noticeably empty. For the most part, the food was good but the first serving of the complimentary chips tasted a little stale and my loaded baked potato soup was a little runny and tasted watered/down, but the rest of my party's food was great they said.

This Chili's location has had its ups and downs but thankfully today's visit was a fairly good one. All our orders were correct, no items were missing or forgotten. The service was warm, attentive and speedy, and all the food were tasty. Overall, this visit was satisfactory.

We stopped by this afternoon and got great service! My son and I both ordered cheeseburgers, but my son's wasn't the best! They took it back and made an better one! So great food, great service and the restaurant looked great!

The food is much better at the Virginia Chili's! Great service! Loved the old timer burger with cheese! We will be back

We came back as a family to celebrate my husband's birthday! It was a nice, long dinner! We enjoyed it, but we did have one problem when they messed up on our cheese cake for cookie and ice cream! Oh well

I have been thinking of what to say here! My family and I have been going to this Chili's for a long time and I decided to go there for my 54th birthday! It was June 6th around 5:30 pm on a a Thursday! Of course it was packed, but when it takes 20 minutes to get a glass of water and over two hours later we left and not happy with our meal or service! Plus nothing for my birthday! Well, tonight we went to Applebees, excellent food and excellent service on a Friday night!

My family took me out for my birthday dinner and Luis is an excellent waiter! Food was delicious and the 2 for $22 and the $35 meals were a great price and great choice!

Went to Chili's to celebrate a grandchild's birthday. We had a party of nine and were accommodated quickly. The waitress arrived as we waited for others to get to the restaurant and offered us drinks and appetizers and we enjoyed free chips and salsa. When our group was all together we put our order in. the restaurant was moderately busy and our wait was about a half hour for food which was fine. we were enjoying each other. Most of the food was delivered together but a couple meals were delayed. The staff sang "happy birthday" to my granddaughter and served her a very delicious Hot fudge sundae. We were given very friendly service. It was an enjoyable evening. We always enjoy Chili's. We will return.
