Bruegger's Bagels

I love Bruegger's food. My 2 complaints are:
1. The line moves weirdly and feels redundante because of the 2-line method (one for bagels, then one for paying/ordering other things like coffee).
2. They don't always have iced decaf coffee on tap. They can make some hot coffee and pour it over ice, but it's not the same.
On a positive note, there are some kids working here who are on top of things and really try their best. I hope to stop by soon.

Always out of stock on the good flavors, I haven't gotten an asiago or cinnamon bagel the last three times I've come.

Two HUGE hornets nests right outside the door. Me, my dog and my food got swarmed by hornets when we went to eat outside.

Incredibly dirty establishment. Every month or so I pop in for coffee and to do some work... Floors have pieces of food, napkins, and leaves everywhere. Tables and chairs are full of crumbs. There's this one corner spot by the window that attracts flies. Wifi connection is inconsistent. I'd suggest getting your orders to go.

The worst customer service ever. The place is dirty and gross. Just waiting for them to go out of business or something else better can go into the space......leave please!!!

Finally finally finally there are enough staff in this location!!!!! Finally finally finally I can stop here on my way to work and not wait 45 minutes to get a cup of coffee!

The food is good.
The coffee is good.

And finally the service pace is good! (the service staff has always been friendly and helpful, there just weren't enough of them before.)

As others have said, logistics and service are quirky, but my coffee and blue apple salad are delicious.

The man who took my coffee order made some fresh for me. I moved to the bagel counter while it brewed, where THE SAME GUY took my food order. Apparently it is not possible to remember a simple salad long enough to walk two yards around a corner. The cashier kept getting distracted by crosstalk and forgot to give my husband a cup for his tea. The cup cozies are not where the hot cup is given so you burn your fingers on the way to the counter with the cozies and condiments.

So as others have pointed out, these issues would be easy to solve if anyone gave two poops about solving them.

Good golly. I think everyone who works here is stoned. From the sandwich makers to the cashiers. We had to laugh when they were making our sandwiches, because it was simply hilarious at the slow motion that was happening in front of us.

Then at the register.. 6 minutes to cash out. Seriously. For four sandwiches, two salads and no drinks. Then, this:

Me: *trying to hold all sandwiches and salads*
Her: *stare*
Her: *stare*
Her: *stare*
Her: Would you like a bag?
Me: Sure!
Her: *hands bag to me while I'm trying to juggle all the items*
Me: "Uh..." *puts all sandwiches, salads and keys down*
Her: Oh, do you want to put them in the bag?
Me: No, I wanted to wear it as a hat.

OK so maybe I didn't say that last part. Considering how snooty the area is, I'm surprised more people don't complain.

In any case, the sandwiches were pretty average. I'd let these guys stick to bagels and cream cheese.

This place is tucked away next to the Omni Grocery store....so weird I never noticed it until the other day.
I ordered a toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese, they put just the right amount of cream cheese on there. I came in the late afternoon, so there wasn't anyone in the store but me, the guy who made my bagel was friendly enough.

Stopped in on Fathers Day. The bagels were good, but the woman behind the counter was rude. What's with this place?

This place is just awful. The last two times I went there, at 2 pm and 3 pm on weekday afternoons, the floor was being mopped and vacuumed, with some of the chairs on the tables. I did not stay.

Obviously the store manager is incompetent, but where's the regional management? The Weston store is a blot on the Bruegger's brand.
