My friend had been gracious enough to loan me her apartment and car while I was in Orlando on business and I wanted to present her with a full tank of gas and a washed car when she got back. Enter Yelp! The best ratings within a 5 mile radius? Check. Friendly service? Check. In and out pretty quickly? Check.

Can't say I'll use them again soon because I won't be in the area, but if you do live there, it's a good shout!

Did the full service wash, interior detail and cleaning. It took just under 30 minutes. Car looks great!
The waiting area was very clean, quiet and had a couple of seating areas. I would hate to see them on a busy day/time.
They have complementary coffee and soda and water for purchase. Also, some car accessories, keychains, air fresheners, miscellaneous items for sale.
They do a good job, just be patient and give yourself plenty of time.

What service!! I have to point out that the times that I have visited, the customer service is great. Immediately upon arrival, you are greeted. You have two options with several options... Let me explain myself. Either you chose to have an external car wash *several options there*, but with "do-it-yourself vacuum cleaning" or you choose from several options that include internal washes. I will say that they definitely take care of the small details if you choose to do the internal wash as well... but these washes are quite expensive, if you ask me. Thus the reason I often visit another car wash nearby... However, if you are looking for quality and are ok with paying a bit extra than your usual car wash, this is the place for you! I usually clean my car (depending on the season) once a week (in another Car Wash Center), but do a "full internal cleaning" once a month in this place. Costs me around $40.00. Hope the info helps!

Bill's car wash is a clean, friendly, and efficient place to get your car wash. Always be on the look-out for coupons, whether it's in your local coupon book, UCF coupon book, or simply their website.

There are free vacuums available (lots of them) and quick drive through car washes for $6. What I love most about Bill's is the variety of car washing options available. Just want the exterior washed and inside vacuumed? Done. Want an air freshener and tire dressing too? Sure. There's a price pretty much for every level of service that you could imagine.

They also have multiple express-detailing services for $40 dollars and $45, but if you're on the look-out for their coupons, you can get the services for as low as $30.

My only complaint was that my express detailing was said it would be done in 30 minutes, but I noticed it took an hour. It didn't have any follow-up statement like "30 minutes or else your next wash is free!" so I decided not to mention it. They have a pretty impressive waiting room with snacks and coffee, but it would have been nice to have complimentary self-serve coffee while waiting.

Overall, nice place and quality service, but perhaps runs slow on some occasions.

This place doesn't even deserve one star but in order to leave a review I have to select one, so by default only does this company even get a Star. After my experience at Bills which believe me was horrible. I bought a express interior because a wash didn't even come with a simple dusting off my dash... Which still wasn't even done. I had a sticky residue all over my exterior Windows (was not there when I arrived), water spots and bugs all over my vehicle still. Plus they destroyed something very dear to me which they didn't even have the nerve to be upfront about it. My friend just went there with his Brand new truck and left with scratches all over the bed of his truck. By far this is the worst place I've ever experienced.

Management is horrible staff will cheat you of you money absolutely ridiculous business what a joke!

The free bug prep, super clean and organized layout goes a long way with me. There are several different options to what extent you would like your car to be cleaned. I usually choose the cheapest one, simply because.

Had my car detailed inside and out and the people at Bills did a fantastic job even though I was rushed for time.

My black car (NEVER GET A BLACK CAR IN FLORIDA OK GUYS!?!?) shone like it was brand new, they shampooed the seats and got out a stubborn coffee spill stain another car wash told me was stuck. They even got in the little nooks and crannies you don't think about like the space around the shifter and the edges of the radio dash to get any dust out.

They also had a great lounge area while you wait, they had a snack and coffee station with a large TV and various car products for sale like floor mats, air fresheners, windshield covers and so on. Very impressed!

As usual, the staff here was friendly and professional and in just over 3 hours my baby looked better than the day I bought her. I brought my notebook with me and just worked while I waited since they have WiFi and a counter with some high stools with outlets to power up. If you need a snack or a something to drink, you have a few things to choose from.

Because she sits in the garage most of the time a full detail is only needed every 6 months and up keep in between. I have tried other places for a washing but for a full detail, Bill's has never let me down thus far!

I would give them a 4.5 star rating if possible. This is my FIRST time at Bill's and the first time that I've gone to a car wash and been surprised at what a good job they did (usually it's the other way around). Had an Interior Express job done (lots of dog hairs, kid 'stuff' including sand) that needed extra effort and they did a great job! I will definitely come back to this place without a doubt. Price was fair and staff was professional and friendly.

Ok. My detailing experience was crap but I needed a car wash so I went back. I purchased the $20 wash and holy cow. They did a such a good job I thought they mad a mistake and gave me a detail instead. Probably one of the best interior and exterior car washes I've ever gotten for 20 bucks!!
