I had a custom cake ordered from this location this past weekend. Not until we were about to add the candles for my 2 year old sons birthday did I realize how horrific the writing on the cake was. It looked like a toddler scribbled on it. It ruined the whole look of the cake.

Upon speaking to the owner Tim the next day, he was very apologetic and offered me another cake at another time on the house. Although I was upset due to the situation, his sincere apology and makeup cake made the overall situation better.

I hope my next cake has better penmanship!

It's just not the same as it use to be.

My group and I walked in with 6 minutes before closing and they seem to not want to serve us and everything is closed up.

Then on top of that a group came in behind us and one of the ladies serving my boyfriends and his mom skipped me to serve the people behind us.

I didn't appreciate the poor attitude and how the place want even closed yet they had all the ice cream covered and almost everything put away so they didn't have to serve anyone.

I was legitimately impressed by this place. I don't go to BR locations that often and when I do it usually leads to yellow star review. This location was a very pleasant surprise.

The two employees were both friendly and helpful. And I don't use those two words as arbitrary positive word pairings. They were both friendly to us (welcome! How are you? Any questions? - that type of thing) and when I couldn't find what I was looking for, one of them offered to go look in the back and brought it out. Actually friendly and helpful. It's good to know there's actually one nice BR location in the area that is worthy of a repeat visit.

Tim, the owner, worked with us on a potential cake order & the service was beyond amazing. The promptness of his call & ability to answer all my questions definitely sets the bar high for other locations. This will be my new go to Baskin Robbins!

What type of scrooge gives an ice cream place a one-star review? The scrooge that went to the worst Baskin-Robbins around tonight. First my wife has been talking all day that she wanted to go try the April flavor or the month. We get to the store and the banner for the April flavor of the month is posted. She asks the employee for that flavor, oh no we don't have that one. His sidekick then says it's probably in the back somewhere. 1.2.3.4 nope no offer to go get it. Alright trying to salvage this trip I ask for a one scoop sundae with hot fudge. No hot fudge. Can we get a lid for the ice cream we did buy? Nope! No lids either. Where are the cameras, I know it is April 1st this has to be a joke right?

Great spot to pick up ice cream instead of the international market. I come here on occasion and the staff is always friendly. Parking is not so bad either. One thing that really stands out is if you have a grocery cart of food from next door, they seem to get you in and out really quick. I am a fan of pretty much all ice cream, but the service here makes it worth writing a review for.

Baskin Robbins, Anaheim...another reason the OC is the best place to live!

Open sign on. 1240pm. They open at 11am but door locked? No sign on the door stating why. Was coming in to buy a gift card.

Janet is always so friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has a fun vibe. They always are up to date on the flavors and Considerate.

We were there last week, the store had given a brand new look since last time we visited , it now looks very clean and spacious, choices on ice creams are excellent, we were told there are over 40 flavors to choose from, my favorite is the banana nut.

The staffs are very friendly and nice, will definitely go back again.

On Sunday, 11/18/18 @ 4:05 PM my husband and I went to this BR on La Palma to purchase some ice cream cones. When we pulled up and parked, a young man was outside washing the windows. As we entered, he hurried right in, greeted us, in a very friendly manner, and ask how he could help us. I turned to my husband and whispered "is that the guy who was just outside washing the windows?" My husband replied "yes". This young man, came in, didn't wash his hands, didn't put on gloves and wanted to serve us an ice cream cone!! He was very nice and friendly, but was just outside with a blue bucket, squeezy, on the pavement cleaning the windows near the sign on the door the says this establishment passed inspection. I was so shocked, i held my tongue from speaking out, abd we just politely left without making a purchase. As we sat parked in front of the store, yelping the next BR location, we watched him return outside, continue the window washing, go back inside when a customer entered, pick up the blender with his finger touching the inside, and proceed to scoop out ice cream to make whatever he was making for the customer, never once washing his hands and/or putting on gloves. This is unsanitary, he was the only employee working and really needs to be properly trained on importance of sanitary conditions.
